Der mit Abstand beste Aufenthalt in einem Hotel. Absolute Sauberkeit, tolles Ambiente und Ausstattung, perfekter Service, aufmerksame Mitarbeiter ohne aufdringlich zu sein und so viele kleine durchdachte Details, die die Liebe zum Beruf zeigen. Hier versteht jemand wirklich sein Handwerk. Das habe ich in vielen anderen Häusern dieser Kategorie nicht erlebt. Die nächste Übernachtung wurde direkt gebucht.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt hervorragend.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön ausgestattet, befindet sich in einer guten Lage und es fehlt an nichts. Besonders auffällig im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels der gleichen Kategorie sind die sorgfältig durchdachten Kleinigkeiten. Hier wird mitgedacht und geschaut, was man noch einrichten kann, um den Aufenthalt besser zu machen. Von Scheibenwischtüchern in der Garage, über selbstöffnende Türen im Basecamp bis hin zu schwarzen Kosmetikhandtüchern und einem kleinen Wanderrucksack im Kleiderschrank. Der gesamte Hotel Bereich ist liebevoll dekoriert bis in den Keller. Der neue Wellnesbereich für Erwachsende ergänzt den Family Spa und ist im Vergleich zu vielen die ich kenne, der beste. Die Sauberkeit ist ausßergewöhnlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr professionell angerichtet und bietet alles, was man sich vorstellen kann. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und kompetent.

Would not stay again, doesn't get the basics right as an (expensive) 4* hotel

Great breakfast buffet, the spa was really good and relaxing and because of covid you could reserve a sauna for a timeslot for yourself. Reception staff nice and room cleaned perfectly. Restaurant food is exceptional.

No regards for covid regulations in restaurant, buffet with shared utensils etc, no social distancing, no masks in hotel. Restaurant food was amazing, but be prepared for very slow service at night. Room was extremely hot, staff acted like we were crazy when we inquired about this (for a 4* hotel you'd expect to be able to manage at least the room temperature). Beds were so uncomfortable that both of us kept waking up repeatedly and left with a sore back and shoulders (bumps, old or poor quality mattresses). It says it's dog friendly and you 'should' be able to have breakfast/dinner with your dog, but it's more of a 'dogs are tolerated but please don't bring them anywhere but your room'. It's clearly a kids friendly place, and this is fine, but as a couple be aware that the noise is NEVER ENDING. The screaming at the pool can get excessive inside, breakfast is not a relaxing affair and this is not the place for a relaxing couples retreat, even if you like kids. The only refuge we got from the noise were the sauna facilities. Honestly, we've stayed in less expensive places that were way better in the Alps, this place just doesn't get the basics right
