People at the reception were very professional & warm. The room was spacious and everything was functioning well. Food , both breakfast and alacarte were great

Fabulous value for money, great food & roof top terrace

We loved the roof top restaurant & live performances. We also loved the beautiful traditional decor & photos. The shower was the best on our trip; very comfortable room size, good selection of food & drinks & the staff were extremely helpful. Excellent value for money.

Iron availability could be improved but only a minor negative.

reasonable given price range but not the cleanest hotel

it’s a Rajasthan style boutique hotel as suggested, hotel is of decent size and but not as clean as i would expect - we saw a dead crockcoach smashed on the wall upon checked in, and a live one from the drain in the bathroom.

not clean enough as mentioned above

Nice heritage feel. Working heater and air con. Hot water also very reliable and strong force - not always the case in India. We spent most of the day out sightseeing so didn't get to experience the hotel properly.

Room was not soundproof so could hear all the guests running and talking in the hallway. Could also hear all the noises from the street.

The room was adequately sized for a couple with enough space to move around. Small balcony. Don't expect a view but definitely for a whiff of fresh air and sunlight.

Nothing to be disliked. Food is ok. They are accommodative to requests of making food taste as per liking.

okay okay stay, however the staff was excellent.

location and staff behaviour.

wi fi was not working. As booking.com says its a 4 star property but it doesn’t look like. even the washroom were tacky. need to work more which property should be placed in 4 star. As per my opinion it should be 3 star.

Due to peak season, staff were not courteous. Facilities provided were sufficient but delivery of food and all were late

Room service is extremely slow, they don't allow ordering food from outside There is no view available from the room
