Lovely stay and will return.

Central location and walking distance to most places in the CBD of Mildura.

The old passenger lift needs upgrading and the internal staircase needs better handrails to hold on to.

Thoroughly enjoyed and would love to come back.

Old character building. Large spacious room

Dine in menu on tv screen was different to the menu offered. Bathroom had a cheap ikea cupboard which looked out of place. Curtains rails were broken. Needs some attention or money spent to update them

Only one wine glass in the room. Crappy bottled water in bottles clearly the hotel fill up, consider this to be a worry. room was okay.

The staff and the service at reception were absolutely apalling. Both on check in and check out. Woman on reception wouldn't assist with finding menu for the restaurant, said to me I'd have to just come down. I wanted room service and the restaurant phone was not working. Only gave us one key for room on check in. Just very poor.

Disappointing!

If there were guests in the rooms on either side we could hear noise. In addition the water pipes made banging noise. We will not stay in the main building again. The units out the back were fine when we stayed there last year.

Convenient. The meals were uninspiring and not very tasteful so chose to eat and support small business restaurants.

Close to town. All facilities for an extended stay.

Smelt like cigarette smoke on entering first day despite air freshener being used by cleaners. Carpet on stairs is filthy and has not been cleaned for sometime.

Beautiful rooms. Very comfy bed. Warm heating.

Linking TV to phone apps was hard to do. Basically couldnt do it. No instructions other than TV. Drying rack for towels was about to fall off wall. Coffee cups too small. Pricing at Restraunt was too high and didn't reflect quality of food service etc. Scam alert. Charged $10 for small "side serve of chips. Should have been included in meal..... Nasty. Pork sausages fell to pieces into a mince rather than sausage. Chilli in sausages so high that I couldn't eat it. Overall a very average meal and overpriced. Will avoid in future for both breakfast and dinner.Better dining nearby.

good location, easy walk to CBD.

The room was clean however there were stains all over the floors and on the loungeroom wall. There is next to no sound insulation between the levels. In desperate need of renovations.

It was a quiet stay, needed to relax before joining work in a camp outside of Mildura. It was relaxing.

The room was very spacious. The bed was huge and very comfortable

The windows of our room faced onto the main street which at night time was quite noisy. The noise from the street could be heard late at night

When I arrived At reception I had to wait while the staff member was on her mobile texting. the evening before I left I waited at reception again…nobody was there. there’s no bell or any way of getting their attention. i left after a few minutes and came back later that night.

It was OK as it will be my last trip to Mildura THANKS & Happy Easter.

It was a Base for our stay to attend a Funeral. Happy Easter to everyone & Good Health.

No Milk in the Room & having to ask for it & some nice water & Fruit (LOCAL) would have been a pleasant gesture .THANK YOU
