The hotel has seen better days.

Closely located near centre, very attentive staff, they help you for every need for visiting Angkor. Good breakfast, nice pool, good facilities.

Quite runned down, very defficient WiFi, spa not fully working, almost no hot water in rooms. It's a hotel that was a five-star years ago, but now barely stands despite the great efforts of the staff. If you are looking for a five of four star type of acommodation, this is not the place, but it is cheap.

Wonderful stay and helpful staff.

It's was wonderful stay here with a helpful staff, and excellent service. We loved the swimming pool it's cleaned and beautiful. We would stay here again for our next trip in Siem Reap.

A tired old resort, that would have been good in the old days.

5 star green oasis with a big and luxurious pool.

Perfect hotel which is centrally located with a big and deep swimming pool. There were times when we felt like we were only guests which made the place incredibly quiet. Staff were helpful and always smiling. Beatiful and well kept gardens. We had to change our hotel for it having no views and too crowded and I instantly noticed that we made a perfect choice when we came here. The hotel is extremely cheap and super value for money. Beautiful view to the pool and gardens from our room and balcony. Hotel is an oasis in the middle of the city and only noise we could hear was the birds (when swimming schoolers weren't at the pool).

Breakfast was not 5 star hotel standard (but we were pretty much alone and the hotel did their best). On the weekend pool was full of local swim schoolers so it was too crowded for us to use it (it was understandable because it was propably one of the few ways to keep the hotel open) but luckily rest of the time we were only people using the pool. Rooms were little outdated with bathtub and balcony didn't have chairs and table (but these were minor issues). Hotel giftshop, restaurant and pool bar were not open because hotel was empty (but we wouldn't had used those anyway) but it suited us the best because we prefer peace and quiet anyway.

Great hotel, lovely staff, fabulous pool.

Comfortable hotel, all areas clean and modern. Good breakfast, staff very helpful and a fabulous pool.

The bar and restaurant are closed due to low levels of trade. I should have been informed of this at the time of booking.

Creepy atmosphere, very poor english of the staff made communication somewhat difficult at times

Best hotel choice I have ever made! What an Amazing experience!

EVERYTHING! The rooms were clean, the water pressure in the shower was great. The staff very quickly changed the shower head in one of the rooms when we informed them of an issue. The pool was amazing! I suggest the Asian breakfast rather than the Western, it’s a better value and very delicious. Location is superb, close the Pub Street and to Angkor Wat. Staff was fantastic!

All in all, we had what we needed. AC worked well.

Outdated, things worked but definitely a feeling that most had not been updated in a long time.

No aircon in the lobby. Facilities are closed. Some electricity plugs are not working. WIFI is awfully weak and slow.

Perfect & amazing people!

The room was beautiful, really comfortable & had everything we needed. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool which was peaceful to sit on & listen to the birds. The gardens are really well maintained with beautiful butterflies everywhere & the pool was AMAZING! The staff were all fantastic & so friendly! Especially Piseth who really looked after us during our stay & even loaned us a wheelchair after I hurt my knee. The location is great just a short walk from the main town & plenty of tuk tuk drivers around ready to give you a ride. We used one driver for most of our stay called Honda, he was brilliant & took us to lots of lovely places. The gym was also well equipped & had yoga mats & lots of different machines. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel so much we extended our stay by a week!

Ghost town hotel. Would be good for group trips. Breakfast was v expensive

The hotel has clearly suffered from COVID. It was a ghost town with a skeleton staff. Most things were shut and they probably had about 10 guests. However they did their best

The breakfast was a rip off $14.50 for some noodles and egg and chips. Avoid!

Put 4 sun beds in more along the pool.
