Pleasant

Check-in was very easy even in a late hour, parking at the property was available for free.

Booked a room with balcony, and we got a ground floor room (obviously without a balcony). When I made a remark of this, I was told we were lucky, as our room is quieter than the ones with balconies.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped room. Staff friendly and helpful. Verona is a lovely city.

Apartment is a little bit out of the city. About 30mins walk. There is also not a great deal in the area either. Helpful staff however will tell you bus times etc, if you don't fancy the walk. We walked up, bus back. Also there was a rock bar across the road. No tourists, friendly locals. So we did experience part of the city we wouldn't have in the centre.

Good place for reasonable price

Close to the centre, all in working order, Public transport stops around the corner.

If your windows are facing the street, all you can see is a petrol station, quite noisy traffic. You need to wash all dishes by yourself before leaving otherwise they can charge you.

Clean, spacious apartment.

Clean, spacious Apartment with free parking, allowed us a late checkin, offered welcome kit with some goodies.

The internet was not stable and there were some connectivity issues, the toiletries were also not adequate.

Convenient location as I was passing by on the motorway and didn't want something too far awy from it. It has underground parking and everything you need. Big room.

extremely clean and spacey, as well as a very well-equipped kitchen. my favorite detail was the welcome package which included a LOT of things, something I haven't seen previously in other hotels.

I was only in Verona for 1 night. this place would also be good longer stays because it has a small kitchen. the bust to

lovely old hotel with a friendly staff and well-equipped room.

I like the place and I would stay there again. however it is not that close to the historic center. but it’s very easy to take a bus or taxi

Great place but far from city centre

Well equipped studio apartment with everything you would need. Clean and comfortable.

Very far from main town, need to take buses which are frequent though not always on time.

passable - it’s not worth the money

- space is quite ok for family of four, it’s clean and pleasant. - free gated parking - please take note that public transport is limited (almost none) if you are planning to come here on Sundays. we come by car so it’s not an issue for us. - we only stayed for a day, stop over before going back home.

- wifi is not working in our room. it’s odd because it is working at the reception but not in the room, we tried to talk to the reception but they cannot do something about it since it’s Sunday. - room is a bit hot. there is air conditioning but it’s not functioning well. we had hard time to sleep. I tried to inform the contact number provided but they did not bother to respond.

The 3 km from the centre was a bonus as got a sense of local community..interesting and very friendly

location is accessible to centre but not a tourist centre, so have a real sense of Verona
