Toll,ich buche wieder

A não repetir

Funcionários da parte do restaurante bastabnte atenciosos, pequeno almoço é bom, tem váriedade.

Para um hotel com 4 estrelas há muito a melhorar, quartos velhos (pelo menos o que me foi atribuido) tinha um cadeeiro partido. A limpeza dos espaços comuns é péssima, no corredor do meu quarto havia uma batata frita no dia em ue cheguei, dois dias depois ainda lá estava! A maneira como funciona o spá é estranha, não da simplesmente para estar na piscina, tem limete de tempo...

A nunca mais repetir

Passividade/indiferença dos funcionários quando infelizmente tivemos um acidente com o nosso filho de 3 anos que escorregou a sair do SPA que não tem chão anti derrapante e acabamos por passar a noite nas urgências do hospital com ele. Os funcionários não se deram sequer ao trabalho de levantar da cadeira para prestar algum tipo de auxílio!

Um pouco desiludida com o jantar, sugestão do chef, muito apresentável mas bastante salgado.

I love the hotel, the town is amazing,

It`s our second time at Parque Hotel, We have a little girl that just loves the hotel. Running around, friendly faces, the yogurts at breakfast, and the pool, we all love the pool, it's amazing for kids.

The room was faced to the street/garden, where the sun comes up, and the curtains didn't close all the way, lets say we woke up very early eveyday.

It is a normal room like every other hotel. Normal breakfast not a huge selection available in buffet although coffee was good. Furniture in room was old.

Great short stay at this Spa hotel in the center of town. Just what we needed.

The staff is kind, patient and helpful. We came in the low season so got a very nice room and had the spa to ourselves.

The breakfast was a standard hotel buffet. Nothing exceptional.

Lovely Spa hotel

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. The outdoor pool and spa facilities are very good. The hotel is in a good location if you have a car. There is plenty of parking. It's about a 20 minute walk from the town

The buffet dinner was very expensive. The options were limited and the hot food options were cold. The breakfast was the same. I didn't like the way the times were allocated for the Spa. We were automatically allocated a time that was not suitable and it took a little time to change it

The Staff were awesome. We had a great massage and loved the spa circuit. The outdoor pool was beautiful! Breakfast was included and very good. We were just a little disappointed in dinner as we had eaten here before and loved the buffet. Location was excellent.

The bed was a little hard for our taste and made sleeping difficult but the room was very nice.

The cleaniness and breakfast were very good.

The spa facilities were very small and the spa staff were very petty about using the facilities. First they booked a slot for us at the spa and we hadn't even arrived. When we did arrive, we almost had to beg for an hour at the spa because, according to the girl, there were many people booked at the time we'd like. We did go to the spa and it was perfectly calm. When we went into the jacuzzi tub, it was turned off because they were going to close the spa and they refused to turn it on - it was 7:30pm. The spa closes at 8pm. So, in my opinion, the spas is somewhat small, it closes very early and mainly, lacks organization.

Staff were very helpful and friendly at all levels.

Air conditioning not cold and very noisy, by putting on a Medium setting less noise by still not cooling. 2 33cl bottles of water charge is €1 euros each and as a 4star no free robes instead charge 40 euros each to rent. No safety security safe available I'm told it costs extra, Towels for the spa again a charge of €20 euros.
