Super Aufenthalt und Klasse Unterkunft

Schon der Empfang durch den Besitzer war sehr sehr gut. Die Süßigkeiten und der Prosecco im Kühlschrank sind positiv zu bemerken. Weiterhin waren die Getränke bereits vor Ort. Diese Unterkunft werden wir mit Sicherheit nochmals buchen, da wir bisher keine dieser Art gebucht hatten. In der Ferienwohnung war wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir können eigentlich alles nur als sehr positiv bewerten. Vielen Dank

Ein fantastischer Urlaub, der viel zu schnell verging.

Wir waren das erste mal am Gardasee und hatten so ein großes Glück, mit unserer Unterkunft und unserem sehr freundlichen Gastgeber Giacomo. Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit Gebäck und einer Flasche Sekt empfangen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet und ist sehr sauber! Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr. Herzlichen Dank an Giacomo, Manuela und Olaf mit Hund Emma.

Perfect apartment, perfect location, already booked again for next year!

This was by far the best apartment accommodation I have had anywhere. The location was perfect, a three minute walk to the harbour and all its amenities and we even had an unexpected open air concert in the public garden directly in front of the apartment. Giacomo had left us a bottle of Prosecco and loads of pastries and the facilities and supplies in the property were exceptional. It was so good I’ve already booked again for next year!

Superb

Everything! Host super friendly. House very comfortable. It has all you need and more. Walking distance to city centre. Located very close to bus stop. Easy to find.

Any time again! Price-quality-ratio is just perfect!!

The stay was overall perfect. The apartment is located right in the center of Malcesine. Therefore you can take a 5min walk to the castle and lots of restaurants, bars etc right around the corner. The bus station is a 1min walk and from there you can take the bus to other cities like Garda and Lazisse. Next to the bis station is the supermarket, tourist information and cable car entrance to Monte Baldo. Our host gave us a very charming welcome gift (including Prosecco, coffee, Italian sweets and enough water for the whole stay). The apartment is super clean and very well equipped, you can cook for 2 people or a whole family, it has an oven, bialetti coffee etc, there is a tv with German channels, towels and so on. The bathroom was very clean and very modern and mattresses super comfy. In conclusion we enjoyed our stay a lot and we would definitely recommended it to families and couples at any time! Also, we are planning our next trip there :)

Exceptional

Everything - location, apartment inside and out, spotlessly clean, free private parking nearby, host very friendly and amenable.

I genuinely can't thing of anything - this is one of the best places I've ever stayed.

Great value for money and a super place to stay not a fan of church bells 🫶🏽🇮🇹😀

It’s location to the town and how easy it was to get to it was super clean and had great and modern facilities free wi-fi walk in shower great air-con it’s own private court yard the list goes on! the owner was great and very welcoming 👍🏽🇮🇹

It’s hard to find fault with this place but the only two things I could nit pick at is the church is very close and when the bells ring at 8am every morning it’s everyone up like it or not? So no sleeping in 🔔 🔔 🔔 and for me I’m not a huge fan of memory, foam mattresses but I did sleep well regardless apart from that everything was great!

Excellent property with exceptional host and great location

Host Giacomo was very welcoming and the apartment was spotless for when we arrived. Giacomo had even prepared some pastries for our arrival and some sweets for our 2 young girls. Location is excellent For exploring Malcesine. The apartment is much bigger than it looks on the photos and is immaculately clean. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends also.

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Would have liked a hairdryer in the apartment but it is not advertised as having one.
