Rooms were clean and comfortable good tv comfortable sofa

Beds were good the aircon was a slit system as new worked well the parking space was good and the location was close to shops and food

Clean , but the smell was terrible and with the air conditioning not working it was hot and difficult to sleep.

Good service and close to Astor restaurant for dinner.

Smelt so bad , had to put air conditioner on but that broke down after 1 minute . Tried again and didn’t work at all.

Perfect for what I needed.

Room clean and comfortable. Very close to the highway to continue with my journey onto Melb.

The smell. The cleaning materials smell like my mothers aged care home...!!! As you are a commercial operation, I am sure they are very similar.

Disappointing

Location

Beds were uncomfortable, had to park at rear which did not mention was a bad laneway, cobwebs and felt very unsafe. Nearly $200 for family room - feel like price was not justifiable. Facilities outdated.

Disappointing for price, would not recommend.

Free portacot and breakfast available if needed, and, microwave in room was good, as well as couch, table and chairs, foxtel, plates and wine glasses. was also in decent location.

Room smelt like stale cigarette smoke, and room just felt a bit seedy, with poor quality shelves, bathroom, etc. very dated and a bit grubby.

for what you pay I was very impressed its not an expensive place & it was nicer than I expected the rooms are spacious lovely shower all amenities I needed for night stop over felt safe clean comfortable would stay again if was in this area

very dissatisfied very poor value

location

was harassed over my comments because I was so disgusted at the room vs what I saw in the photo. $550 for one night no fan in the bathroom, no sink in the kitchen, hole in the wall, lounge was under the TV, holes in curtains, rot on door jams. Disgusting value so disappointing.

Had everything we needed for a night.

Clean and tidy.

Was no water in the morning so couldn't have a shower, I assume something was wrong and would off been fixed but we couldn't wait.

Aged dated but too far from town centre for night life

No hot water too shower at the beginning the complaining adjoining rooms when we were being quiet while conversation as we are smokers so an area would’ve been nice

Very good

Would have liked a refrigerator that as either plugged in and turned on or simply worked. Realising the following morning that the milk you purchased had sat there for 12 hrs was a particularly good feeling.
