Good location

Grimes rooms, bathroom updated compared to the rest of the room but already in disrepair and poorly cleaned. No Wifi available.

Neat and tidy. Comfortable bed

Location convenient

Some fixtures old. Hairdryer no longer attached to wall but still has wall fixture connected - so very hard to use. Air conditioner in weird location - slow to cool room due to this.

The staff at the desk were friendly. We arrived later than expected and were able to contact staff.The cleaning staff seemed pleasant as well.

The room was not clean. There were cockroaches on the beds. There was a toaster but no plates or cutlery- strange. Many of the other guests were smoking and drinking outside their rooms. The whole place reeked of cigarette smoke. The furnishings were old and uncomfortable. The curtains were extremely old and the room was paticularly dark. We could not get the airconditioning to work even though we switched it on at the main switch by the bed. There was a lot of noise from car doors slamming and other guests speaking loudly outside. Also a lot of traffic noise. There was also a constant sound of running water outside the bathroom window.

Disappointing as my husband and I had stayed there years ago more than once.

location good, pleasant reception very friendly. close to the Taven for a meal. close to shopping mall. Ease of parking, spacious outside and inside the room (room 11).

very poor mattress in the single bed,I could not sleep in that bed, My adult son who had been in the army said he was able to sleep any where. I slept in the double bed which was marginally better. No soap or tissues or breakfast provided.

Great location for overnight stay. Comfy bed. Nice shower. Plenty of parking.

One bedside light didn't work. No plates or cutlery but provides microwave and toaster.if providing cookware surely need to provide plates & cutlery? Soap dispenser was empty and set too close to wall not easy to use.

I would never stay there again, or recommend anyone else to.

not much really. The only positive I think, was the off street parking and easy access.

The room was very outdated. When turning on the air conditioner it smelled really bad of mould. The bathroom also smelled the same. the furniture looked as though you stepped back into the 70’s. The linen was horrible. There was no kitchenette, it was only a bar fridge and a microwave, toaster and jug. I even had to ask for cutlery and plates etc…

Room was comfortable and clean

The in-house WiFi was next to useless. Could not watch any video type apps. Mobile service on site for some reason is terrible which is not the properties fault it did mean that we were reliant on the in-house WiFi which was just not up to scratch. In 2023 a property like this should have these issues resolved.

It was OK, except Wi-Fi.

The location is good.

Wi-Fi service is from a third party. A$49 for 60G data and valid for 30 days. The worst thing is that the cell phone reception is almost zero inside the room. It should offer a plan with fewer data and a cheaper price.

It was somewhere reasonable

It was very dated furniture and also everything was half painted was very old and dated half done us but nothing did ished Then we had the noise of people upstairs fighting and arguing keeping us up and down all night

Very relaxing.

Location is very good close to shops and transport.

A few more items in kitchen . Maybe a knife, plate etc. It was a bit hard to eat a meal with no cutlery.

Not a pleasant place to stay, desperately in need of a complete cleanup and renovation.

Location was okay and easy to find, the gentleman at reception was friendly. Off street parking helpful.

It was a lot dirtier and grubby than the booking site impression gives. I found mould and mildew on the curtains and furniture, plus grubby marks all over the walls. There was even a hospital ECG sticker left stuck on the wall! The sheets and towels looked old and tired, and the pillows were not clean. Lots of smokers around plus a musty smell in the room added to the unpleasantness. Definitely not three stars or worth the $150 I paid for one night, was so disappointed.
