Great location , hate the stairs

Not like the photos!

Was dirty, mould everywhere in bathroom. Walls had been painted again and taped hadn’t been removed in bathroom. Bedroom was dirty, power points falling off and many holes half repaired in room

The room I stayed in was sub standard. The bathroom door wouldn’t open, the split system made a horrible noise when turned on. The lights flickered when on. The toilet didn’t flush. Won’t be coming back

Roach Motel meets Fawlty Towers Disgusting - Never again !!!

Location

Shower was dirty, room was not very clean, windows rattled, bed was too hard, split system aircon/heater had no fan blades and made a terrible loud vibrating noise, We arrived at 0030 so organised a late check-in by way of instructions to mini safe to retrieve a room keycard. It took 6 attempts of following the same instructions but by way of fluke got access to the room keycard. After a flight and long day we just wanted a cup of tea and a shower then bed but NO towels and only 1 teabag. Had to go to reception to get tea and towels the Receptionist seemed puzzled that there were no towels and spoke broken English. In the bit of broken English he said someone would bring towels when they arrived. After my insistence because we wanted showers quickly so we could leave they reluctantly climbed of their stool to go to the store room next door. I was given 2 very small, thin and flimsy towels. I asked if room would be serviced as we would need dry towels late afternoon to shower and attend a function, he said"if you ask" The water took a long time to heat up and water pressure was lousy (there is only 2 floors of rooms). Teabags are cheap and nasty (very bitter) coffee smelt like the old Pablo crossed with God knows what and tasted like dirty coffee. I passed another guest who thought I was bringing him towels as he also didn't have any. - Massive let down : (

Facillities in room good with microwave, fridge, cups, glasses, side plates.Bathroom with handbasin, toilet.

Traffic noice/drone from Nepean Highway.

the bed was comforter , the shower was good .

it wasn’t very clean - rubbish left from previous occupants - walls and paint peeling and chipping . no milk - no cutlery . no washing up liquid .

Price was great, easy parking, renovated bathroom , spacious, operable window , big refrigerator, comfortable beds,

Stairs to go up, TV problem with channels, windows facing the main road...too noisy 5 times ambulance or fire trucks alarms throughout the night.

Wasn't that clean and its seen alot of traffic and history over the years. Could do with a repaint and new carpet which would make a big difference. 🤔
