I felt very welcomed at Quest Ipswich. Thank you!

Clean and spacious room, very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, like 10/10 comfortable. Quiet. Excellent room service. Fantastic service at the reception. All questions answered and any help that I needed was given... with a smile! Really good communication before my stay, so that my room was perfectly ready for my arrival.

Room, bed and cleanliness

The shower over bath. Shower rose requires replacing. Very uneven spray with water spraying out of the tub onto the floor.

the bed was big. the staff was nice

1. there was no staircase and we had two massive suitcases. 2.They deactivated our keycards and we couldn’t get in the property. They got it fixed quickly then but we could have locked out because we were supposed to come back much later in the evening.

Nice Hotel little over priced.

The Lady was helpful on Cheek in. My back was sore so she helped me carry my bags in. Also received a Welcome Card

You have to pay $15 to make sure you have a car park. They also Have a booking policy no canceling your booking you still have to pay full price. Also never Call them on the phone they don't hardly pick up. looking for a hotel to stay at from time to time in Ipswich as I have family here.

Would have loved to stay longer!

Very Clean and tidy our room had all the things our family of 5 could need and more travelling with 3 teens meant we wanted to be together but also some space with the interconnecting rooms. was like a home away from home

honestly couldn’t find anything we didn’t like.

The hotel facilities were modern, clean and comfortable. An improvement of the couch is needed.

The layout and helpful staff.

No option to pay with cash. The couch was the most uncomfortable we’ve ever sat on. Not enough sitting space for 4 people (in an apartment for 4). No TV in king bed room. No flat baking oven tray for pizza. The view was a bit mundane. Cut down trees, flooding and irrigation pipe. Ants throughout room and in our food.the dishwasher made the dishes dirtier than when they went in. Perhaps the non-Finish brand powder? We had to rewash by hand. We spent about 6 minutes looking for our room, as the logic to room numbering and lettering did not make sense.

exceptionally clean, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, quiet, great showers, kitchenette which is very helpful. We were here for a cycling event and this location is perfect.

The rooms are cleaned to a high level and the facilities are modern and well kept. The free coffee machine at front reception is amazing. The staff are super kind and welcoming.

The room was great for our one night

The room was very neat and clean

having to unlock and lock the bollard every time i needed to go out. I had my 2 year old grandson with me and it was very difficult. Also raining
