Comfortable!

I was able to sleep well in a triple bed. The shampoo was also good, and I was very satisfied.

The scenery is not good, but it's good because it was convenient in various ways. I stayed for 2 nights, but I wanted to change the cups and so on.

The location was central.

It was as explained in the information, close to Odori Park, Susukino and the surrounding was also quiet. Room was small for 3 people and bags/luggages but the beds were big enough for a person/each and comfortable.

The size of the room, it would be much better if it was bigger at least to accommodate for 3 persons.

Great location near Susukino bars and restaurants.

Cleanliness. Unfortunately the bathroom did not have any functional ventilation. Given the mould and aroma this was probably for some time. The mould was also apparent on the adjacent wall of the room. The lack of cleanliness was a real surprise and letdown. A used toothpick was conveniently left for us on the bed head.

The room was as small as my car, I had stayed in here before and was way better room.

Hotel in the Center of the City

The hotel staff are all kind and most of them speak English. They are very considerate and accommodating with all of our requests, specially when we asked for a room with a view. They made sure we had a daily supply of towels.

There are some stains on the wall. There are also a lot of dust under the bed.

It was agood stay.

Location was close to everywhere.

There is no exhaust on the bathroom. I knew for a fact that i booked an adjoining room/ connecting room but was given 2 separate rooms.

Good room, good location, old bathroom with black mold

The room itself was nice. The location was great. The staff were accommodating.

The bathroom was very old and had lots of black mold. Black mold is dangerous for humans….
