Traditional Amalfi Coast Accommodation- stunning terrace and views

Location is perfect, sea view on the main road. Stunning large roof terrace Spacious apartment Bus stop nearby taking you to local towns - supermarket 2 mins walk from apartment or another up the hill. Bars and restaurants within 15/20 mins walk Nonna and Pedro are very welcoming - they made our stay extra special

The road can get busy with traffic noise The parking is only available in secured off street parking which is payable so just be mindful of this.

Location, the view from both our balcony & terrace were great. The hosts were very welcoming.

Shower pressure & noise from busy road out the front but it quietened at night and didn’t really notice

Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here

The apartment was very spacious & bright. It even had 2 bathrooms which was unexpected. Amazing views from our balcony or we could take to the rooftop for more room.

The views were breathtaking.The staff and family were so accommodating. The suite was pristine clean. It was the best part of our trip .

We had a great time. the area is magical. Would recommend it.

Well situated close to the beaches, restaurants-and mini market with a nice view of the sea. Only a few steps to get to the apartment and parking nearby. the apartment is well equipped.

The apartment is in front of the main road and it gets quite noisy during the day with the patio doors open. I guess it’s a compromise with having to climb stairs for an apartment further up on the hill. But with the door closed the noise level is ok and it’s quite at night.

Beautiful stay in Praiano

Beautiful apartment in the lovely and calm town of Praiano. Unfortunately we had rainy weather but the big shared terrace provides beautiful views and we would have loved to stay there longer. It's right next to the main road and close to the bus station. Also the beautiful beach is reachable by foot.

Rotten lemons in our kitchen, what was especially weird since they have a garden with beautiful lemon trees.

The host Alfonso and his family are beautiful and welcoming. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The village of Praiano is lovely and peaceful. The transport to Positano on the mobility bus was good. However the Sita bus to Amalfi is dreadful 5 buses in a 2 hour period refused to stop. Taxis non existent.

Great stay

Perfect in between amalfi & positano, much quieter and nicer stay at the Amalfi Coast! The owners are really kind and the view is amazing! The rooms were big with 2 bathrooms. You had the terrace which you could use besides to your balcony.

Spacious studio apartment with gorgeous terrace and sea view

Loved the large terrace with beautiful ceramic tables overlooking the sea. Garden on roof top was gorgeous, full of lemon trees. Apartment was spacious, kitchen equipped. Easy check-in with the family working in the ceramic shop just under the property. Easy access to restaurants, beach, supermarket, etc. by foot (stairs involved!). We especially enjoyed cooking and eating off the family shop's ceramic dishes and having coffee out of their cute ceramic cups! Had a lovely stay!

Could have supplied kitchen with tea towel, sponge and soap for washing up dishes. Rest of the kitchen was well stocked.

Apartment was near the bus stop and beach so a great location, we loved Praiano and all the restaurants. The terrace was spacious and the views were fantastic.

Lovely place with sea view and lemon tree garden!

Wonderful location between Positano and Ravello. Alfonso, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming; he makes you feel at home. It was easy to communicate with Alfonso and he is very responsive. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with ceramics. Have to mention that the beds are very good and firm! Liked that parking is available near the property. On top of the property the lemon garden is a treat! Visit also the ceramic shop below! Praiano is a quaint place with good restaurants which are reasonably priced. Nice to walk and take the stairs to explore and enjoy the lemon trees.

A spacious studio

Host was wonderful with directing us on arrival when the bus driver dropped us at the wrong stop. The place was spacious with a huge balcony and a washing machine. Praiano is a little quieter than Amalfi and Positano but be prepared for lots of steps. There a shop and liquor store across the road and the people are very helpful.

Needs a toaster(had to cook bread in a frypan) and a larger espresso maker as it required several stove top brews to make 2 cups. Whilst Praiano is lovely, be aware that the Sita bus is often full by the time it reaches Stop 10 and won't stop to pick you up.

Alphonso and his family were so friendly, great location, fabulous terrace to relax,enjoyed our walk down to delightful beach, didn’t want to leave.

What a view

Very well quipped and comfortable apartment in a great location. Easy access to a couple of minimarkets, the SITA Bus stop, and restaurants are closeby. Be aware that you are on the Amalfi Coast so you will have steps, steps and more steps to get to places. Staff were very friendly and Alfonso was always on hand via message. The main thing though was the view from the large terrace...it was truly amazing, and meant most of our time was spent relaxing with a drink watching the view (there is an additional larger shared terrace upstairs if needed).

Small thing.....People staying elsewhere in the apartment block could walk past the back of our terrace (partially) via stairs to the larger shared terrace, so our terrace was not completely private.

Great location, even better staff. Pick up some real, local handmade ceramics in the shop!

Great location with a 10-minute walk to the beach. The staff was very accommodating and their ceramic art shop on the main level is a great place to get some beautiful local art from the Amalfi Coast instead of the many vendors in Positano hocking Chinese-made souveniers. We wish we had a longer stay in the Garden to truly take advantage of the kitchen area and the nearby beach, as our 2nd day was very rainy. Patio was very nice as well.

Soap and shampoo are just from a bottle that's kept in the bathrooms, but we brought our own so this didn't affect us.

nice clean and comfortable room size, great location, beautifully maintained.

no iron for clothing, but there was an ironing board… apart from that it was excellent. only wish there was a pool.

Not what you expect!

Good View

I didn’t like that we were not given the room described in posting and reservation. upon arrival, the son goes to open the door to what should have been our room and states , “oh sorry, today is your lucky day, you are being upgraded to a larger room” and proceeds to show us to a different room. I’m looking at the room and I question the size again and he repeats stating this room is much larger and leaves. I then go into booking and look at my room which this room was definitely smaller. I was supposed to have a toilet and a bidet and a double sized shower and now my balcony is 1/4 the size shown on my reservation. I immediately feel taken advantage of and send the property a message stating I feel I was downgraded opposed to upgraded. My bathroom is much smaller and so is my patio. I then get a response the next day when we are out in town from the owner stating that there was a problem with the water and all units are same size but some patios are larger so he would move us and give us a bottle of Prosecco to apologize. We declined to move since we had already unpacked everything since they took so long to respond. they did bring the Prosecco and some cherries. But I didn’t like that we had been lied to either by son or father because one said room was much larger and we saw they rented it to 2 other men, but then Armando claimed they had a problem with water so that’s why they couldn’t rent to us and that all rooms were same size except patios. We also didn’t like that they advertise as a bed and breakfast but yet came into our room and removed breakfast sign and never told us there would be no food and NO COFFEE. when I messaged about the coffee, I was told to visit the hotel down the road. How about supplying a coffee maker with some coffee if you advertise as a bed and breakfast? The breakfast was for an additional fee but we also counted on it and planned on it when booking this place.

Perfect room and location

The property is exceptional. Great facilities and even has Netflix on the TV. The location is good, close to the beach, close to restaurants and bars too. When we arrived we were shown around and the room was spotless, so clean with a perfect balcony. Would 100000% recommend this place.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment with 2 bathrooms. There is a large terrace for all guests, in addition to a balcony with sea view from the apartment. The owners were extremely nice and welcoming and gave us tips and ideas about what to do and were always available for a chat. Check-in and out were easy as well.

The perfect weekday getaway

The location was perfect. Being located right at the coast of Praiano we had an amazing view of the sea, while being able to commute easily to either Sorrento or Amalfi. The staff were lovely, we were greeted when we arrived, had a lovely stay and they helped us so much when trying to get a last minute taxi to the airport. Overall it was a quiet and perfect stay, wouldn't have changed a thing and will definitely come again!

Perfect stay in a great room in the most beautiful place in the world!

We traveled to Amalfi Coast in the off season and found this delightful apartment in Praiano. We couldn't have been happier. The owner was extremely helpful and charming. The location was perfect for us as it was in easy walking distance to La Praia. Can't say enough nice things about our stay.

Great location and views

Loved the view, the terrace, the location halfway between Amalfi and Positano. It is sea front. Fridge in property, small grocery on t opposite side of the road. Good hot water with good pressure. Sweet small beach 10min walk away, lovely walk. Decent restaurants closeby.

Parking is an issue! You will need to rent a parking spot from the iwner at sn additional €15 a day. Oarking spot is about 400m away from the apartment.
