Bellissimo alloggio in Chengdu

Non vicinissimo alla metro, ma i taxi sono una ottima soluzione poco costosa.

The stay was exceptional, the best hotel that I’ve been to in many years.

It’s extremely spacious, with a washing machine and a proper kitchen. The staff were amazing! Especially the guard on 1st July morning (who saved us a trip in the noon to the pandas), and the receptionist on 3rd July morning who introduced us to places to eat in our next place (Chongqing)

Wish go back to Chengdu just to stay at this hotel again.

The family room was like a small apartment. Breakfast was very good and the gym and swimming pool were nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A nice hotel at the edge of the fashionable district.

The room we were given was huge, seperate bedroom, toilet, lounge and kitchen.

There was no map available and English proficiency limited .

spacious and comfortable stay

The facilities meet all our need, from kitchen ware to bathroom toiletries. the two-bedroom suite are big enough for 4 adults. It is spacious, clean and comfortable.

only one thing, there is some unpleasant smell in the room, the smell like in toilet. we informed the counter and they sent people to spray air freshener, but the smell exist, though it is tolerable.

Great place to stay in Chengdu!

Very good location, excellent friendly English-speaking service, big clean room and good breakfast. Very nice mall right next to the hotel and metro nearby. Many places can be reached on foot.

The suite was spacious.

The city view from our suite was great. Suite very spacious.

Staff did not approach us to help with our luggage when we reached the apartment. Our bathroom shower gel was not replenish, however I must admit that the shower gel smells great.

Comfortable hotel in the centre of Chengdu

Wonderful Breakfast selection, plenty of western and chinese options. The swimming pool and gym were of a good quality (both empty when I went). Check in was quick and easy (but I speak chinese) Location is excellent, near the centre of Chengdu and everything you would want to visit. There is a 7 eleven shop downstairs and the hotel is connected to a shopping mall with a Wagas and some other restaurants. Clean room and amenities are all good.

Wasn't a big issue but the room smelt of the previous tenant (sweaty) but didn't affect the overall experience

The room was nice, spacious, and very clean. It was very convenient, even having a washing machine and dryer in the room for us to wash clothes daily. All the staff in Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence is very helpful and kindness. The first night we arrival in midnight and request for twin bedroom, dont even available so i get upgrade to two bedroom suites even. All the question we ask the staff also very helpful to assist us in good manner.

Perfect for a two-day stay in Chengdu: Clean, Central, Spacious and Friendly

The appartment was very spacious and well situated. Right in front of the Sichuan Theatre, in a shopping mall just a few minutes walk from the metro (5 minutes) and closed to Tianfu Square and People's Parc (10-15 minutes). It was clean and the personal was helpful: they borrowed us an umbrella as it rained. We appreciated to have two bathrooms in the appartment. The living room was comfy and luminous. Kitchen well-equiped so we could prepare coffee/tea with the offered fruits and snacks. We had no time to use them but there is a gym (24/7!) and a pool (6-23h) as well as a kid playroom (not for our teens)

The appartment could be renovated: wallpaper, old-fashioned furniture (but comfy!!!). There were only chopsticks in the kitchen. Since we didn't need forks, knives or spoons, we didn't ask for. For sure they would have brought some if so. Unfortunately, no bar at the hotel. The drinks are served in the breakfast room where the lights are not dimmed.

Generally is a clean n comfort with good location.

Room generally was clean, however, there was a once, my tea cup beside my bed was not washed. Room keeping only refilled the water n make the bed and toilet cleaning.

I booked three rooms, one for couple, the other two room for 4 ladies which the two room is good, but the last room for three men was a bit small, but I was not above to change to the two room like the ladies, as the difference in price is only $20/ night,

Comfy and fun stay for a family.

The hotel is located in a shopping mall. The room is clean and well equipped. The swimming pool and gym is really nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is also a small indoor playground for kids.

The buffet is not recommended. It’s kind of lack of variety.

Great value for money

Perfect Accommodation. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms with fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast is delicious with western and Chinese options. Location is nice with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around. Convenient to reach all tourist sites. Especially considering the price this is definitely a perfect hotel for Chengdu.

Everything was perfect!

Words can’t really describe the nice feeling and atmosphere the hotel gives you - it’s like being home away from home, and your home is an amazing & luxury apartment with amazing view over Chengdu city - housecleaning, amazing breakfast which leaves you dreamy about it - all the amenities you could ask for ( and more) and on top of that you have amazing saunas, swimming pools, playground for adults and kids - gym/ table-tennis / pool with everything you could wish for including a stunning/amazing view. Did i mention we had balcony on a skyscraper? I wish I had that at home. Not to forget that almost all the staff speak English and are super duper friendly and helpful (helped me in too many ways) - or they find you one that can. Though I was finished? This hotel is really of the highest standard - and it has an amazing shopping center with more foods/drinks stores, starbucks, hairdressers and basically anything you could want and need. On top of that again - the hotel is located in centre of Chengdu! - a stroll outside and you are in the city centre booming with amazing food stores, smells, more shopping-centers and cafés. I hope my family can come to visit again. Greetings & Love from visitors of Norway & Greece!

the ventilation system. this is an apartment residence and past tenant cooked in the apartment but you can still sense the oily smell.

Front desk staff was outstanding. They kindly arranged a surprise birthday cake for my daughter's birthday. The room exceeded our expectations by far, the size, display, view, quality. Everything you might need is there. Good swimming pool. Memorable experience in Chengdu.
