Quiet, clean and comfortable but a motorbike is a must.

Well maintained gardens and pool. Comfortable bed. Quiet with only the sound of birds. Very close to Ao Nammao which is much quieter than Ao Nang and has nice beaches and real Thai food.

No food and nearest restaurant about 1km away. I wasn't aware of this and then the first morning I had to get a taxi into town to hire a motorbike. The water pressure was low, the sink didn't drain properly and the AC was a bit loud in the night.

Manque de restauration sur place ou proximité pourtant indiqué lors de notre réservation. Petit déjeuner minable. Piscine 2 transats pour tout l'hôtel 😡douche piscine et fontaine ne fonctionnant pas. Douche de la chambre sans eau chaude.

Alejado de toda civilización x

Es un bonito lugar, apartado de la civilización. Preciso si lo que quieres es descontentarte y descansar. El personal muy amable y el aseo y la higiene siempre estuvieron excelente.

LA UBICACIÓN. No pensábamos que fuese tan lejos de la playa, encima usar Grab es muy difícil, pocos autos nos tomaban, es caro subir en tuktuk o en moto así que si lo que quieren es ir frecuentemente a la playa este no es el lugar para ustedes. Tienen un van de acercamiento pero solo a veces funciona, tiene horarios pero también retrasos y a veces simplemente no sube, sólo por esto le doy una nota decepcionante.

Older, rustic but clean and well-maintained about 6km inland from Ao Nang Beach

Really good value. Lovely countryside location with a delightful pool as the centrepiece.

Restaurant was not open 'due to Covid' so needed to head elsewhere for breakfast.

Staff was lovely. Very Nice garden and location.

I initially Booked à villa and changed immediately as it was super dirty, in Huge need of rénovation. New rooms was cleaner but bed super un confortable, issue with shower and even if new many thanks to be renovated. Place is super far, no grab coming. Restaurant was closed and shutle to city centre only 4 per Day and no choice on the hour. Description must be updated.

Nice bungalow, great pool area, and location is quiet and close enough to everything.

The staff tried to charge us for a broken water heater when we left. Pretty ridiculous considering we had used it normally for our stay and it broke while boiling water. After a debate they backed down and accepted responsibility. Ruined an otherwise nice stay. Also the bathroom drainage didn't work well and had a bad smell during the duration of our stay.

Nice spot

Friendly helpful staff Pool and area around it is clean and we'll maintain They provide scooter rental Rooms were spacious and comfortable but the shower was a little finicky. The area around the resort is nice and peaceful if you like to get out for walks in the mornings

Not a con or a fault of the resort itself, but it was a little bit too far out of the way, if you wanted to regularly get down to Ao Nang Beach area There is a shuttle bus, however this only goes every 2 hours and only starts at 10am so not ideal if you want to get going earlier in the day. They do organise taxi if this is the case

pool was fab! lovely big rooms, free shuttle to town certain times of the day and evening

we stayed 4 days and we didn’t have our bed changed once. they went into the room to change the towels and water but our bed didn’t get changed. gaps in the window frames and under the door so bugs could get in. bathroom wasn’t the best but was big

very pleasant

it was lovely and clean and located in a quite ideal area for either Solo or a couple, it a nice to get out it the busy town life it’s a easy 10min ride into town

unfortunately there was no restaurant or bar so bear this in mind. but with your own transport this wasn’t an issue for me

Fantastic and so quiet

Due to Covid 19 it was very quiet but a really lovely place with superb staff. Free transport all day long to the town and beach which was needed

Exceptional

Very comfortable to stay here. The staffs are very friendly, clean room & bedsheet everyday. The resort also provide free shuttle to take us to downtown.

A little out of the way but the best staff

Lovely, quiet resort, out of the business of Ao Nang but with a regular shuttle bus to and from. Nice breakfast, neat but maybe dated rooms and great pool. The staff here will go the extra mile for you, as was proved to us when our onward pick up failed. Thank you Baan ?Susan for our second fab stay.

Good hotel in Ao Nang

Very interesting hotel in forest, perfect rooms with small yards and pool. Very kind personal upgrated our room to superior - it was amazing. Personal helps always, very comfortable with free transfer to go to Ao Nang beach. Thank you so much for everything.

Breakfast from 7.30 but we didn't get it when we went to excursions, because staff in kitchen started works from 7.30.

Fabulous

The place is very peaceful. The free hourly shuttle to and from town was very helpful. The staff was available for our needs.

Lovely place to stay in ao nang! surely will come here next time!

1. the staff very friendly and helpful 2. the shuttle for every hour start at 8 am and last pickup on 10 pm saves my money and don't forget to give tips! 3. the environment is very nice! 4. an affordable room with a 5 star service.
