더할 나위 없는 위치와 깔끔함

모차르트의 집 바로 옆이고, 2분 거리에 spar, dm이 위치하여 편리했어요. 3분이면 잘츠강에 도착이라 노을과 야경 보러 바로 갈 수 있었어요. 집은 더할 나위 없이 깨끗했습니다. 사진 그대로 내부 인테리어 너무 훌륭하고, 식기며 가구가 너무 깔끔했어요. 식기세척기가 있어 편하게 이용했습니다. 주변 모두에게 추천할 수 있을 만큼 좋은 숙소입니다. 다시 간다면 역시 이 숙소로 하고 싶어요.

3층(한국식 4층)에 위치하지만 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 하지만 알고갔기에 괜찮았고, 꼭대기 층이라 하늘로 열린 창을 볼 수있어 좋았습니다.

We were on the top floor and no lift so carrying bags up. Having said that, our hosts carried mine up for me.

Charmante Wohnung in der Altstadt

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Ecke mit den drei Sofabetten neben dem Kamin ist besonders gemütlich. Wir haben hier drei wunderschöne Weihnachtstage verbracht. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Alina!

Salzburg ist eine Reise wert!

Sehr sauber, hilfsbereite Vermieterin, sehr zentral, Auto stand in der Tiefgarage, 300 m entfernt. Sehr gute Restaurante ganz nah, sowie Bäckerei. Die Betten sind in Ordnung. Die Küche perfekt! Besonders zu empfehlen junge Menschen und sehr gut körperliche Senioren.

Unbedingt zu wissen: Appartement befindet sich im 2. Stock ohne Aufzug. Das Gepäck trägt gerne die Vermieterin, aber die vielen Treppen waren für mich eine Herausforderung. Auch die Badewanne war für mich zu hoch, da ich Rücken und Hüftprobleme habe.

Loved our stay at arte Vida

Fantastic, cosy, warm attic house. It's spacious, and we had a great time staying at arte de vida with our friends. So close to everything. Couldn't have asked for a better stay at Salzburg. I had a small cut and the host was really sweet to help with the first aid kit and Wine bottle and chocolates to cheer me up. That was a very warm and sweet gesture.

Nothing not to like , unfortunately the weather was way too hot and the cooler wasn't as effective with keeping the place cool. But then the host had kept 2 to 3 fans, so it was okay.

Great location, quirky and well worth a visit

The location is perfect for a short sightseeing break, easy to get to from the station and just a short walk to the sights and restaurants. The garden is a lovely peaceful oasis in the city and the host was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble

We would have liked bigger towels, but to be fair we didn’t get them anywhere in Austria and would have liked a comfortable chair in the bedroom

Spacious, clean, unmatched location.

The location was exceptional. You could see a small square from your window and walk right into the city's historical center. Great bar (Darwin's) just a few steps away, and multiple restaurant options. There was way more than enough room for two people.

Fabulous Location, great stay

Excellent Location, walking distance to everything Friendly host, accomodated a last minute additional person Really clean, lovely facilities eg. Cookware, crockery, coffee pod machine , nice new bathroom

Nothing the only little thing is that their is no airconditioner. But the two fans worked well, and if you drew the blinds shut you could keep the rooms cooler

Fantastic Location, and felt like a local

The apartment felt like we were living in Salzburg, and not just staying at a hotel. The apartment was large and very nice for the two of us. The kitchen and appliances all seemed to be new. The location was fantastic, right across the river from old town, with many great restaurants just steps from the front door. The room was quiet except for the church bell down the street, which I enjoyed, but not so much for my wife. However, the bell never rang a night. But with the windows closed, I did not hear anything from outside. The lady that runs the place was very nice.

great location in the heart of Salzburg, very friendly staff and everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

being in the loft you have to go up 3 flights of stairs with your luggage which is not ideal but manageable. no air conditioning but opening the windows and getting the night time breeze worked just fine.

Beautifully located old residence with everything I needed.

A lot of space, great views from the window and an amazing central location. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful going out of their way to give me information I needed for my stay. Nothing was too hard. Gorgeous surroundings and located close to many restaurants and the Mirabell palace.

Bed was a bit low for someone tall and shower just a little small for me but of course I managed ok. Climbing the stairs with suitcases was a challenge as I just had my hip replaced 6 months earlier. But overall I can't really fault these.

Fabulous apartment with thoughtful staff in fantastic location!

Exceptional! We would definitely stay again! Wonderful location, spacious apartment, helpful staff, well- stocked kitchen, overall super place! Definitely family friendly ( had play pen, high chair and dinosaurs for our son)!

If staying on an upper floor, carrying luggage up them (without an elevator) was a workout! Would be helpfulto have a microwave!

Excellent location in old town Salzburg!

Excellent location with views of Mozart’s home. Bus stop just outside the complex. Easy walk to all the old town historic sites. Restaurants steps from the front door. Accommodated group of friends comfortably.

Loved our stay here, and would recommend!

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary items, and apartment was very clean and comfortable. You walk out the door of the building and everything you need is right there (ie: restaurants, bakery, pharmacy) Close to the main attractions and sights as well.

The hot water for the shower/bath ran out a bit sooner than I would've liked. The water pressure and heat level was great, but only lasted for 2 short showers. We were not able to fill up the bath for my daughter.

we had issue with a lost bag and we were waiting for arrival during our stay and it seemed to take forever when the owne

great location. close to old town and many shops and restaurants. easy access from trains station was about a 15 minute walk. easy on off for bus lines.

all was excellent. floors a bit squeaky which was not. a problem.
