Great for a -family- trip close to Athens!

The personnel were very friendly and caring. Room was quite spacious. The access to the sea is a great benefit of the facility, whilst the swimming could be an enjoyable alternative, if the weather doesn’t make the sea very appealing. Food was very -homemade level- good!

The facility could use some light renovation, especially in the rooms.

Nice place close to Athens

The location is perfect, near the town and right on the water. The beach is small with sand not rocks very nice on the feet. The food was excellent!

Was some construction going on when we were there, I'm sure that it was improvements for busy season. The dinner staff was ok, a bit chaotic at times I'm guessing it is due to the lack of English speakers on staff, this place is mostly Greek tourists. The bathroom could benefit from with more towel hooks.

For a 4 stars hotel needs some improvements.

Sunny big room with nice sea and pool view

Bad internet connection due to provider technical issues as I've been informed. Spending around 10' to get hot water but at low pressure. Asked for a double size bed but it was with two merged singles.

it was in a good spot with a lot of parking space. Also it had breakfast and the room was spacious wit air conditioning.

They put us in a room for people with kinetic disabilities and the bathroom did not have a curtain to prevent the water from splashing the room. Also it did not have proper soap for bathing. Finally the wifi internet connection was unbelievably slow and the phone signal was really bad. For 95 euros that we paid I was not happy.

Nothing...

This hotel should not be open in the winter months. It was freezing, sparsely furnished...and what there was was tired and shabby. We slept in our cloths...and were still cold. The air-conditioning did practically nothing except make a noise....certainly did not warm the room. We were booked for three nights but after the first night we couldn't face staying a minute longer and ran away first thing in the morning. Let's see if we get a refund! The breakfast was ok....lot's of pastry & bread but nothing in the way of anything healthy...except an apple. I don't know how this hotel would be in the summer, and I don't intend to find out.

Staff is very nice and helpful, food is diverse and good, private sand beach, rooms are cleaned every day. Shops, restaurants and city center is relatively close (about 20 min by foot).

Every Saturday night this hotel organizes weddings. They take place in the restaurant near the pool (read steps from your balconies and windows). The weddings start at 10-11 pm and last till 6-7 am. One of the wedding was so big (600 ppl) and loud that we couldn't sleep the whole night because of the loud music. Rooms are spacious, but furniture is a bit worn off. There is no microwave in the kitchenette. Drinks in the restaurant are hilariously expensive. 1L of water costs there 1.6 euro, while in a local shop 1.5L costs 0.33 euro. They don't provide any amount of water complimentary in the rooms. Once we ordered a bottle of a local wine and had to pay 20 euro for it... The situation with soda and soft drinks is similar. There is not much around except another hotel.

Beautiful place for a holiday in Greece.

We’ve had the most relaxing weeks in years.

This hotel is a real gem. Lovely staff, great location and great food. Lots of delightful families. It’s a very chilled out place.

A really minor point was the bathroom. It all functions but needs a bit of TLC.

A four star get away that truly offers a four star experience about an hour away from Athens by car!

You will not regret escaping to the Avantis that is just an hour from Athens by car and truly offers a four star experience. Firstjy, the staff from front desk, waiters, cleaning, to ground keepers are all friendly and amazingly helpful. The hotel Is impeccably kept, the facilities, accommodations and the beach- with the lounge chairs —are in very good shape. If you order the meal plan —which I highly recommend —you get a very nice breakfast (7:30 AM TO 9:30 AM ish) and it offers various fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, breads, eggs, coffees, teas, juices and breakfast meats. For lunch (ala carte ) a large variety of quick, and cooked meals are available for purchase including amazing cold drinks, and super good cocktails offered all day and night. The meal plan includes dinner at 7:30 PM -9:30 PM (19:30-21:30) and offers an eclectic mix of traditional and home cooked Hellenic Greek meals options buffet style that has an international flair, and that is extremely well-made, fresh and flavorful. The rooms are very well kept, clean and with good air conditioning, small refrigerator, a hot plate, and kitchenette. The bathrooms with shower are modern. The views are breathtaking at the upper floor and the gardens and pool are will manicured, tended and kept. The terraces are covered and offer seating area, a table and a pull down rack to dry your towels etc. Lastly, the wifi, which is easy to connect to, works well and as good as it can get in Hellas/ Greece.

The buffet needs to be labeled and preferably with contents of the meal ingredients list for those travelers who need to avoid certain allergens.

Beautiful views, friendly staff, and good food!

The hotel, pool and beach were stunning (especially the view from our balcony.) The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept very clean. The hotel breakfast selection was great and the restaurant food was very good quality.

It is a bit of a walk to the town centre for small children but a taxi only cost 5 euros each way.

Disappointing

There was a party with loud music all night in a near hotel, and the staff was completly absent. Even when we informed about the terrible night we had, the music from the party was loud until 3 in the morning,they did not seem to care at all. They were totally unprofessional.

A tidy, friendly and family friendly hotel next to the seaside and close enough to a small town.

That is a lovely, seaside Hotel. The rooms were big enough and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was nice, the pool is good enough and the rooms are tidy. Highly recommended for a family stay. Hotel is not a new one but still, it was maintained well and nothing is broken.

I believe that the bathrooms need to renovate! although everything is working, clean and tidy bathrooms need to be updated. Alacarte menu needs to be improved (the open buffet was pretty well).

Decent stay, with three good reasons not to return

Very clean place, with friendly staff. Good breakfast, adequate dinner.

- Charging for beach towels in a 4* establishment is just poor.... -Were half board, but did order a la carte a couple of times; two of the four items ordered were priced higher than the menu price. Upon questioning this I was told that the price in the system is right, not the one in the menu. This is unacceptable for any place. let alone 4* -Appalling wifi

I know its Covid time but still , The place wasn't prepared for guests. The public areas was neglected and messy, the fridge in the room didn't work so all our stuff destroyed and there was no equipment in the kitchen. It felt not worthy at all and nor respectful throw us the guests.

it was wunderful relaxing!!!

The location is perfect, very quite butiful garden with many options to lay on a sun bed with thick pillows, and view to the see. The location of the breakfirst direkt at the see, it was wunderful, you dont find it better. Big spottles rooms with good matrace, moskitonet on every window. Very sweet and healpful stuff! Wunderful smal hotel wich does not leave many wishes open. We will come again!!!

The dayroom in the junior suite could have been a little more cosy with the furniture. The size of the bed could be bigger. There is a kitchen but no equipment
