There is nothing to do in the hotel, I mean activities like indoor games, swimming pool

Breakfast was good but could be improved further

Room furnishings are old and require complete renovation & upgrades ( Room no203). Lot of noise & maintenance works going on on external walls causing discomfort. Should have been mentioned by Booking.com & Hotel so that we could have avoided booking when such noisy works are ongoing causing irritation

THE ENVIRONMENT, THE SCENIC BEAUTY, BEHAVIOUR OF STAFFS

Very bad at service...even after calling several times no one came for Housekeeping of room in my 2days stay...also very bad experience about the room service...

I loved staff behavior. Delightful. Food was also good.

Food price and liquor prices were too high. Smoking room on each deck is required.

Hotel is doing false advertisement and has zero hospitality etiquette.

The ground staff like housekeeping was good and that’s about it.

Horrible service and false advertisement of property. Rooms were nowhere close to the pictures posted on their website. Maneesha in the reception area was rude and unprofessional. Toilet was overflowing, bed linens had blood stain, dirty linens were used and extra mattress which I paid 1000 rupees a night plus taxes looked like it was picked off the street. Room didn’t have any basic amenities like hanger, blow dryer or bath soap. Hand wash was in the shower stall.

Stay over the river Ganges was exciting with us. Rooms were large size with river side balcony. Bathrom was clean with sufficient space. Buffet breakfast with wide variety was just superb. Staff were also polite and very helpful.

Not worth the money

Nothing really.

1. I had requested a Riverside room and was promised but never got it 2. The bar was over-priced and service was terrible. 3. Asked for toilet paper, never received it. 4. Staff was overwhelmed
