בפינת קפה בחדר לא היתה סוכרזית באמבטיה אין וו לתלות את המגבות הרטובות כשהיינו בתוך החדר היה נשמע כאילו כל הזמן טורקים לנו את הדלת, כנראה הדלת של החדר השכן בבקר כשהתלוננו שמשהו בטעם החלב לא תקין, הוא אמנם הוחלף אבל הבחורה שעמדה בעמדת הקפה עשתה לנו פרצופים כשעשינו צ'ק אין לא אמרו לנו כלום על מתקני המלון ועל הקומה של חדר האוכל בגדול החוויה הייתה בינונית ומטה

Above average hotel with room for improvement

Near the train station, nice food, some helpful staff, great view from the 21st floor

Some other staff at reception who were rude and slow to send thugs up to the room. Bedding doesn’t fit the beds so the bottom sheets came off. Executive room doesn’t mean you use the executive lounge. Fridge buzzing in the room kept us awake. At breakfast we could literally hear 3 songs playing from 3 different areas (dining room, lobby and somewhere round the corner), not so relaxing.

Great location, lovely hotel, excellent staff and food

Convenient location -5 minute walk to the tram and to the railway station with high speed train to Ben Gurion airport and Tel Aviv. Close to numerous bus routes, the Israel Museum, Givat Ram Athletics stadium and Hebrew University. Very comfortable room. Great pool, gym, sauna Excellent breakfast, really helpful staff especially Tomer, and the men on reception on the Sunday & Monday night of our stay when we needed help.

Not many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. But taxis are plentiful.

The staff were amazing!

The night staff including Beni were very helpful and kind. Always willing to help and always gad a smile for me. Great customer service.

The room was not as clean as it should have been. The pillows were old and worn and not what you would expect from a luxury hotel.

They harassed us and interrogated me at Check in. An employee walked into my room while I was sleeping without knocking A arab employee cursed me out in Arabic as he dropped off the food, for no reason. Bad service

Great stay!

My stay was very nice, the room was clean, spacious and quiet. The staff was very friendly, especially the receptionist Mr. Abdullah, who was extremely kind and helpful!!

Enjoyable business trip in a great value hotel with very hospitable staff.

Fantastic friendly staff who were incredibly hospitable during my 3 night stay. Yahav and Arik were especially attentive and really welcoming. I choose to stay at VERT as I was attending a conference at the ICC (next to the hotel) but the location was great. Very close to the main station so really easy to get to and from the airport and also close to the trams that are very frequent and visit most of the key tourist attractions.

I think the addition of minibar in the room with juices etc would be a good addition. Other than that....not much to be honest. It was a good value hotel in a good location.

everything. the design and the facilities of the room were beautiful. the lobby, pool area and the dining hall were beautiful, clean, fresh, and welcoming as well.

the location is a bit far from restaurants and bars, but you can walk or drive very easily.

Wonderful time, will definitely stay there again when in Israel.

Delicious food on the 21st floor lounge, along with a beautiful view of the city. Friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Beautiful pool.

Would prefer a location near the old city, but that was my mistake. Also, the rooms could be dusted better - never found the bathroom to be truly clean.
