Mantova da cartolina

Le ragazze alla reception gentili e professionali , comodissima la posizione della struttura in quanto trovasi di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria ma con doppio ingresso dei quali uno esce sul corso principale , strada parallela a quella della stazione .

Posizione vicina al centro ed alla stazione

Percorso per raggiungere la camera caratterizzato da numerosi ostacoli come gradini e telai a terra di porte tagliafuoco Parcheggio caro e con ingresso molto difficoltoso Colazione non inclusa nonostante la denominazione

Da fuori così così ma dentro molto bene. Non fatevi impressionare dal fuori.

mi è piaciuto il fatto che la camera fosse molto ordinata e pulita, riforniscono anche i portasaponette con degli shampoo e saponette che al giorno d'oggi non è scontato, Inoltre all'interno del frighetto in camera ci sono due bottiglie d'acqua che si possono prendere liberamente

Appena arrivati la signora alla reception alla quale avevamo chiesto i prezzi della struttura ci aveva detto che il soggiorno ci sarebbe costato 73 euro mentre su booking era possibile prenotarlo a 66 euro circa, abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni e ci ha detto che prenotandolo con booking dato che non c'era la possibilità di avere "il rimborso" allora si pagava di meno. Le abbiamo chiesto se potevamo metterci d'accordo per pagare de visu lo stesso prezzo e lei ha detto di no. Presto fatto abbiamo prenotato con booking davanti alla reception. Poi il giorno dopo c'è il servizio che ti permette di lasciare li i bagagli gratuitamente fino alle ore 12:30 (Check out alle ore 10:00) e da lì in poi si paga una certa tariffa/ora. Il tutto è scritto davanti alla reception ed è ben visibile, ma magari se uno è di fretta puo' non farci caso quindi quando alla reception accettano di tenere i bagagli sarebbe bene magari ricordarlo anche verbalmente ai clienti. Detto questo tutti molto gentili, ci siamo trovati molto bene nel complesso

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, La stanza non è molto grande ma è dotata di tutte le comodità, l'ho trovata funzionale e silenziosa. La posizione molto comoda. Il doppio ingresso è molto funzionale, soprattutto per non passare davanti alla stazione nei rientri notturni.

Comfortable stay close to the city center

Our room looked nicer than in the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised. Convenient location not far from the city center. Good airconditioning. Good value for money.

2 beds pushed together instead of 1 double bed. They moved apart a bit during the night.

Good for a night stay

The room was spacious and clean. good value for money. Quite close to the city center (which is very nice) and to a large public parking space that cost 6eur per day. It has two entrances and the second one is more convenient when returning from the city center. The hotel is directly opposite to the train station: for those travelling with public transport it would be very convenient. The room had also a mini fridge which was very convenient to keep our drinks cold.

when calling for having info re: parking the lady was not that kind: i was just asking for guidance, no need to be bitter. parking in the hotel is quite expensive (20 eur) compared to the surrounding options and the overall room price per night. there is some confusion about the hotel name as it is published with one name on Booking, but at the address there is another name. When i arrived, they told me to go to another entrance (just 20 meters far so no big deal) which had a 3rd name. The hotel has another entrance on the other side of the building which has again another name. this is quite confusing. At the end , it is the same structure.

Perfect location close to the old center and next to train station. Very nice staff and good price. Perfect for our two nights Mantua stop over.
