Great location but hotel management lacks basic understanding of hospitality customer service.

Great location and cold AC.

The hotel was an active construction site and there was no warning of this. There was no discount or anything comped for having to hear jack hammers and power tools waking us up until late into the night. When we brought up the issue the lady at the front desk offered no apology of any kind and grinned about it.

La ubicación en la playa Daban agua diariamente en la habitación Aire acondicionado en la habitación Ofrecían tours y habían taxistas diariamente Es seguro la playa, puedes dejar tus cosas sin inconvenientes Show de cantantes en la cena muy bonito

- Baños con pésimo olor - La television con mala señal de cable y el SMART tv no funcionaba porque no se podían conectar a internet los televisores - El servicio de la gran mayoría de los trabajadores de muy mala gana y actitud, pareciera que no les gustara atender turistas - Tollas de playas viejas, y manchadas, por poco y tienen agujeros - Comida cara para la calidad de los platos, bien básicos de elaboración - Muchos perros en la playa, que duermen en las reposeras que son para 2 personas, por lo que quedamos picados de pulgas tras acostarnos ahí - Poco honestidad al momento de reservar dado que estaban haciendo un arreglo en el hotel, y encendían el martillo percutor a las 8 AM, imposible descansar. - En general muy caro para lo que ofrecen, con poca calidad e instalaciones viejas

Es uno de los mejores hospedajes en el sector de San Luis y la playa de Cocoplum. Es un gran plus poder tener el mar al frente, pero sobre todo tener playa sin rocas y muy muy pocos vendedores ambulantes.

Cuando estuvimos con mi pareja estaban haciendo obra, entonces habían ruidos en ocasiones, pero es bueno desde el punto de vista de mantenimiento del hotel.

Relaxing and easy stay in the island, whilst further out from Centro you can enjoy the peace and quiet

L'emplacement est magnifique. La proximité de la piscine et de la plage.

Les chiens... Ils aboient dès 5 heures du matin. Ils sont présents lorsque nous mangeons à table et se mettent sur les serviettes et transat... Sans que cela ne pose un problème au personnel. L'accueil est très moyen, peu de sourire sauf du personnel de nettoyage

INCREIBLE LUGAR

Hotel pintoresco, con una increible salida al mar, rodeado de espacios verdes, ubicado enfrente de Rocky Cay lo que posibilita cruzar caminando, rodeado en la playa de bares que ofrecen alternativas de esparcimiento. Cerca (como en todo San Andres) de lugares turísticos.- El mar del hotel, es muy calmo y de una belleza deslumbrante. La habitacion familiar muy linda, con espacios amplios, suficientes para no sentirse agobiado.-

La limpieza del hotel, tira para abajo con lo bello que es. El sistema de "all inclusive" no es tal, pues ofrecen este servicio sin bebidas (te dan un jugo natural, por comida) nada de tragos ni bebidas extras, y con un menu determinado, sin poder elegir la entrada y determinados platos están por fuera del menu. Solo tienes 3 comidas, desayuno, almuerzo y cena, si quieres algo en medio de ellas, se te cobrará como un adicional. Conviene solo desayuno, pues alrededor del hotel hay varios bares con variadisimo menu de comidas o bien pagar el almuerzo como adicional, para no estar atado.-

La limpieza del cuarto no es tan eficiente. No hay agua caliente, no hay cómo comunicarse con la recepción, clósets limitados.

Excelente hotel junto a la playa!

El hotel es muy acogedor y el personal es muy amable. La comida muy buena. Adicionalmente te ayudan a coordinar servicios externos (taxi, tours, fotografía, etc). En el comedor Lianis y Karen se destacan por hacerte pasar un rato agradable.

Las habitaciones son algo viejas, entonces hay cosas que no están en buen estado. Las camas demasiado blandas.

Celebrando navidad y vacaciones.

El trato del personal es bueno, las habitaciones amplias y son bonitas. La comida en la cena es rica.

En el destino los que atienden o la mayoría parece que se les hiciera un favor por atender. Que las habitaciones sea un poco más cómodas y que remodelen el baño sin duda el olor y cortinas en el baño no es lo indicado. La cama necesita mejores almohadas.

beautiful beach, the hotel needs some work

hands down the best beach in the entire island is this one. so that’s a huge plus if you are looking to relax here. the staff is nice and always available. the breakfast is good.

on our first night, the room had a leakage from above and the entire bathroom flooded. because this happened in the middle of the night no one could fix it. the front desk did not offer to change our room, so we had request it. if you don’t have the air conditioning or the fan on the room will start to smell and so will your clothes FYI. also, the sensor sink to wash your hands is really inconvenient if you are trying to do anything that takes more than 10 seconds. also, unless there is a sunny day, say goodbye to a hot or even warm water. and yes, it does get cloudy and rainy.

The location is just amazing. Beautiful beach where you can also enjoy your dinner directly next to the sea. The staff did everything in their power to help.

A bit pricey for the quality of the rooms. Towels where sometimes dirty.

Everything you need is there at the hotel restaurant, gentlemen who help book things like scuba diving parasailing renting vehicles like motorcycles and jet ski. Also massages available. It is right in front of the beach I will be coming to this hotel every time I go to San Andres. Also me and my husband went he is Colombian I’m American I was surprised on how many people spoke English.

The room we had wasn’t the one I thought we were getting so it’s on me other than that absolutely nothing it was a paradise.

Wow. This place is amazing! This great staff makes a big difference! Thank you so much. First they upgraded us to better room for free. They were so attentive and so nice and welcoming. I will definitely comeback! Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, great location, swimming pool, amazing food, staff, beach and activities like singing lady during the dinner, available yet sky, swimming, beautiful sunsets, golf car rental and many more. I think this is the only hotel with hot water!!!!! I won't be able to take shower in cold water. So massive plus. Everything perfect Thank you

Very weak WiFi, We didn't get cleaning room everyday. It is not a problem, just was a bit of sand in the toalet. But this wasn't the issue. There was a lot of glons on the beach. It doesn't look beautiful on the photos of the beach and hotel. This could be cleaned.

If they improved the restaurant, specially breakfast, it would be great.

Breakfast was abundant but simple. Dinner (included in our package) was a set starter and a choice amongst only 3 dishes out of their menu (same 3 every night). Poor selection and simple food.

san Andrés is great for diving and enjoying the sun!

Beach and the beautiful sunrise views are a short walk from the property. air conditioner works great!! staff can be friendly and helpful.

dirty, no beach towels, included breakfast is often cold, very smoky from guests at eating area and guests smoking on balconies. slider door didn’t lock. the shower head fell/broke off the wall which was repaired quickly with a new head. all the towels and sheets are stained. bathroom is moldy as well. it just appears the property and rooms need a deep clean and repairs.

Beautiful beach and scenery, family friendly, the staff was wonderful, I would definitely comeback if the rooms were updated

The rooms needs lots of work, there were humidity and the doors were y bad shape that a lot of bugs get in. Daily cleaning was very disappointing
