15 euros tax per room service order!

breakfast was good, room was fine and the staff were ok. Checked in and waited around 20 minutes for someone to show me to my room, had to chase up at the desk for someone to take me.

15 euros tax per room service order was ridiculous, menu didnt load and when it was raining most of the week having to walk 10 minutes down to reception to meet uber eats drivers was a pain in the neck. underwhelming stay for the price.

Das Frühstück war okay. Der Golfplatz Phantastisch.

Die Häuschen im Außenbereich sind total veraltet und verbraucht. Auf dem Freisitz kein Schatten. Nicht mal ein Sonnenschirm. Die Ausstattung mangelhaft. Das Hotel hat niemals 5 Sterne verdient. Wir bezahlten für das Doppelzimmer über 500,00 € die Nacht Eine absolute Frechheit.

Para a comemoração de um aniversário especial, o hotel teve em atenção toda a preparação do quarto, incluindo um "kit" de boas-vindas.

Pequeno-almoço poderia ter mais variedade de alimentos.

Fazem festas que vão até tarde. Não dormimos uma noite pois uma das festas ficou com música alta até tarde. O que acho um absurdo, se considerarmos baixa estação e resort para descanso.

Perfect for a family holiday.

Love this hotel pool area fantastic, breakfast very good, familiar with the area very good location.

Was in the garden rooms that could do with a update & found the room very dark, the rooms was very clean and & had everything we needed for a weeks stay.

Dos quartos insonorizaçao medíocre Toalhas com cheiro estranho e qualidade rasca para 5estrelas Mau funcionamento das torneiras falta de luz na casa de banho , equipamentos ultrapassados para um estabelecimento desta classe Pequeno almoço básico nem sequer uma máquina de café expresso havia de disponível fruta básica laranja,melancia,e alguns kiwis de baixa qualidade E para além de mais faturaram me 90€ suplementares

golf good but 3 star hotel at best

golf course and access to airport not bad.

tired looking and dated. indoor pool very poor, sauna dirty and not working, steam room disgusting. whole building looked very shabby and in poor condition. certainly no 5 star hotel and outdoor pool was freezing cold and unusable.

I expected more

I suppose is a good place for golf, lovely grounds. Every room has its out garden area.

Needs updating, more attention to cleaning. Ants in the rooms, dirty water glasses, steam room not working. The road around the development is uneven, makes the buggy ride dangerous as is soo bumpy.

Golf and spacious rooms near to the airport.

Upgraded room on arrival - parking easy - golf on site. Breakfast was good, everything you need - could do with a few more cereals. Lots of food and drink options, pool well maintained. Amazing massage in the spa Be aware it's full of large groups on golfing trips :)

Booked 2 sets of left handed clubs, only 1 was available Some very rowdy groups of golfers who'd been let out for a few days ;)

Not worth it. Priced as a 5 star hotel and feel of a 3 star.

There was no charging option for a Tesla. Only buying a card of 5€/hour (?!?) and charging very very slowly. The breakfast was OK, but not for a 5 star hotel. There was no proper lighting in the room which made it really uncomfortable. The hairdryer was a joke. Room service had almost no options.

Late night staff inconsistent in manners. One night we were at the bar and wanted a last drink, to be told last drinks orders had been done. No one asked us anything. Upon explaining this, the staff member ignored us and just walked away.

super hotel for short break

staff were outstanding in their service and help. large chalet accommodation. comfortable bed, towels, dressing gowns etc available. well maintained gardens, tennis courts, restaurant was well staffed and plenty for breakfast. taxi ride to local towns. plenty to see and do.

the indoor pool was too cold for our little granddaughter to use, the children’s play area had no facilities for her( she’s 1). limited choice in restaurant for vegetarians.
