Hôtel bien situé

Chambre dans un quartier très animé et pratique pour rayonner dans la ville. Les garçons à la réception étaient très serviables et parlaient bien anglais. Avec Whatsapp la communication était très facile. Possibilité de faire une grande lessive (avec séchoir) pour quelques euros.

La chambre était un peu vieillotte. Un peu de bruit de la route passante juste à côté

Ottima scelta

L’hotel si trova in ottima posizione, molto centrale e vicino alla stazione della metro. Pulito, stanza tripla abbastanza comoda, i ragazzi alla reception non parlano inglese, tuttavia si adoperano molto per aiutare e rispondere ad ogni esigenza. A noi ci hanno aiutato anche a prenotare qualche breve tour organizzato. L’albergo si trova proprio accanto ad una zona ricca di ristoranti di ogni tipo, dove è possibile provare diverse cucine orientali, e vivacissima la sera. Sicuramente da riconsiderare per un eventuale nuovo soggiorno a Seoul!

En premier, j'ai reçu par WhatsApp toutes les données nécessaires pour arriver à l'hôtel mais aussi pour naviguer dans Busan. Ça a l'air de rien avant le départ mais une fois sur place, c'est vraiment une aide très précieuse. Le personnel était vraiment génial, hyper cordial et toujours la pour aider et ils parlaient un anglais correct. On était dans une chambre au 8eme étage et elle était super grande et propre. La salle de bain était grande et très propre et il y avait absolument tout le nécessaire. L'hôtel est à 5 minutes de la cafe street avec toute sa vie nocturne, ses friperies et magasins en tout genres, vraiment parfait.

Alors je ne sais pas si c'était la chambre d'à côté ou des voisins, nous n'avons pas réussi à trouver la source mais il y avait un chien qui a abboyé toute la nuit, c'est assez désagréable.

Superb

The room is very worth the price. Central location, spacious, clean, fully equipped rooms. And the owner of the hotel, Mr. Son, extremely enthusiastic, helped us find restaurants, book KTX tickets and Sky Capsule tickets. Great service!

The hotel is in the center, but still quite far to travel to Busan tourist attractions such as Gamcheon Culture Village or Haeundae Beach.

Superb

If phenomenal service is important to you when traveling, choose the Queens Hotel in Busan. It is located within walking distance from the Seomyeon train station, giving you access to the entire city, and very near Lotte Mall. The hotel provides drinking water on demand, microwaves, and washer/dryers to use. The staff were ready, willing and able to meet our needs. Even though the hotel is older and not located in a "fancy" area of Busan, it provides the most important offerings for travel -- from learning about Korean culture to hailing the most appropriate taxi. And the price is right!

Would stay here again.

The staff were so lovely and very helpful. We were able to do laundry and had a very large sized room. The bathroom is big and comes with a bath and a shower. I really can't complain about the hotel, the staff, or the location. Would stay again and recommend.

The mattress and the duvet seem to be a very plastic type material, so you sweat just by sitting on it. It's a very comfortable bed aside from the skin on plastic sensation which kept me and my sister up at night even with the air-conditioning on.

Modern, clean and great value!

The rooms were absolutely perfect! We were excited to have an overhead shower since most of SE Asia has a wet shower concept. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and there were a ton of amenities which really made the stay exceptional. The staff reached out early on with a ton of information both for the hotel as well as the surrounding areas and recommendations. It is super lively outside with tons of shops, stalls, etc. within easy waking distance, theres a 24/7 grocery store right in front of the hotel. The room was clean and was perfect for what we were looking for and great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel, it exceeded our expectations!

Very good

The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly, they will recommend you restaurant, how to get to the hotel and so on. Location : near every restaurants, Lotte, cinema You can use Netflix, hairdryer, computer ..

Be aware of the bathroom : door doesn’t CLOSE,it’s more a window. And the bathroom is clearly not suitable if you go with family or friends because same, all windows so you can see blury through it. subway it’s 10 min by foot not a big deal without luggage but if you do have big luggage it’s a little bit tricky.

A decent place to stay, with nice food and entertainment nearby. :)

The staff is friendly, and guided us on various facilities in the hotel, such as the usage of washing machine and dryer. My mother wanted the room to be a bit brighter, and the staff gave us an extra lamp to light up the room. Before the trip, the hotel would also provide travellers with information about the hotel, nearby food places, facilities and directions to get there. They are responsive to travellers' questions too.

Just a very minor point, but would be nice if the room is a bit brighter. Other than that all is really good. :)

Friendly staff really made our trip more enjoyable.

Very good accommodation for the price paid and location is central. Staff at this hotel were so helpful and friendly. They provided us with tourist information and food recommendations through LINE/WhatsApp and they help with getting taxis and ordering fried chicken. Their service exceeded expectations! Laundry was easy to use. The area was lively and I felt safe. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

Room could have been a little more modern but it was still clean.

Hotel is centrally located. Easy to access public transportation, restaurants and shopping. Had no issues with noise. We were on the 3rd floor. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

A very comfortable centric and good reception.

The hotel is located in a central area where it is easy to find transportation to visit the different parts of Busan city. The staff was exceptionally attentive and provided us with all the necessary information for our stay in Busan. While waiting for the check-in, he kept our luggage while waiting for the access to the room. Also he was helpful in sharing useful information. Regarding the room, it exceeded our expectations, it is spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. I highly recommend the Queens hotel in Busan.

In great location and good size rooms. The breakfast was Korean with scrambled eggs and was ok The staff were the stars of hotel and very helpful and had great information on main sites of Busan Overall very good value and would not hesitate to recommend
