Everything. The lovely colonial themed decor, the gorgeous blue kidney shaped pool, the sumptuous breakfasts, the rich cosy rooms, the discerning guests and above all the marvelous and highly attentive staff. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff.

We’d originally booked 3 nights but because we liked Siem Reap so much and could not bear to leave the Pavillon hotel we extended a further 2 nights… there was nothing we did not like apart from having to leave. But even after leaving the staff continued to provide unprecedented kindness and service. We arrived at our next destination to discover we had left some of our belongings at Pavillon. Upon informing the hotel staff they acted selflessly and immediately by organizing a taxi to bring us our ‘lost’ belongings. They were wonderful.

Very recommendable

The staff where so friendly. This place is conveniently located just outside the city center. The food is great and the staff is exceptional. The Pool area and the rooms are fine as well. We really enjoyed our stay of 4 days at this hotel mainly thanks to the great local staff.

Un hôtel au style colonial niché dans un cadre verdoyant Top 👍

Niché dans un cadre verdoyant, l'hôtel au style colonial agréable offre une expérience enchantée. Le personnel compétent et performant ainsi que l'emplacement paisible en dehors du centre-ville ajoutent à son attrait. De plus, le restaurant de l'établissement est excellent et hautement recommandé, constituant l'endroit où j'ai savouré les meilleurs repas de mon séjour.

Je considère que le petit déjeuner est assez sobre, avec une sélection limitée. Il pourrait être bénéfique de revoir cette offre pour optimiser l'expérience et rendre le séjour encore plus agréable.

Bel hôtel bien placé pour visiter les temples d'Angkor

Pour notre séjour d'une semaine à Siem Reap, nous avons privilégié la localisation de l'hôtel par rapport aux temples d'Angkor, donc à mi-chemin entre la ville et les temples ; cadre superbe, décoration magnifique, peu de chambres réparties autour de la piscine, calme ; bar et resto près de la piscine ; personnel très sympa ; massages très agréables et pas chers ; possibilités de réservation de taxi et guide pour les temples (pour guide francophone, s'y prendre à l'avance) ; télécharger l'appli Grab ou PassAp pour réserver des tuk tuk pas chers (2/3$ le trajet pour 3 personnes)

prix des transports trop élevés par rapport à la réalité : vaut mieux réserver un tuk tuk ou un taxi soi-même, c'est beaucoup moins cher : pour l'aéroport, 25$ contre 33 pour l'hôtel et pour les temples éloignés, 60$ contre 100 pour l'hôtel

Traumhaftest Juwel in Siam Reap

Dieses kleine Juwel war für uns perfekt gelegen, Nähe Zentrum sowie leicht für die Tempelausflüge erreichbar. Das Frühstück war unseres Erachtens für ein Boutique Hotel ausgezeichnet, Eier und Pfannkuchen gab es frisch auf Bestellung. Das Zimmer war Sauber, Geräumig und vor allem sehr ruhig. Das komplette Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und man kam überall mit englisch sehr gut zurecht. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Ms. Narath und Mr. Phrom bedanken. Einfach zuhause gefühlt!

Gibt nichts das wir beanstanden könnten. Das war nicht unser letztes Mal in diesem Hotel. Einfach Top.

Agréable hôtel d'architecture khmer

Hôtel de style khmer agréable et calme autour d'une jolie piscine. Végétalisation rafraîchissante. Prêt de bicyclettes. Le personnel d'accueil parle français.

Il pourrait y avoir une amélioration du buffet de petit déjeuner. Les horaires du petit-déjeuner ne sont pas assez matinaux car la visite du site d'Angkor à cause de la chaleur doit se faire tôt. Le dernier matin, nous devions quitter l'hôtel à 7h du matin pour prendre le bus , nous les avions prévenus la veille et pensions qu'ils nous auraient proposés un panier repas ! Le petit-déjeuner étant compris. Rien n'a été préparé !

Great value charming hotel close to the temples.

Clean comfortable quiet room, great shower, good bed with side lights. Nice pool, great breakfast with lots of choice.

Cocktails in the bar were very weak, couldn't taste the alcohol at all, always a problem in Asia. The food in the restaurant was ok, not great, but ok.

what better place to be when you are in convalescence from an accident ...

generous breakfast the best i've ever had because being cambodian raised abroad i wanted more choice on the cambodian menu, the staff bought it at the market for me! i had an accident at the beginning of my one week stay and this place became a place of convalescence for me with the staff being at my beck and call as it it were my own family, not to mention the owners Nicki and Adrian who went all out of their way to find me the right chiropractor and not a charlatan ... i owe the staff a lot during this stay, thank you Pavillon staff and management for being there for a wounded person

Excellent hospitality. Staff are very courteous and helpful. We stayed in this hotel for five nights and found our stay superb. If anyone wants a calm and quite place for stay, this is the right place. We being senior citizen and our purpose of visit being only to see Ankor Wat temples, this was an ideal place for us. The hotel is close to Ankor Wat, but away from city. So, for every city trip, you have to hire a Tuktuk, which are of course available in plenty.

The hotel is away from city eating places, market and entertainment areas.

Simply excellent

We absolutely loved our stay at Pavillon. The hotel is beautiful and strikes the perfect balance between traditional Cambodian decor and a touch of luxury that everyone needs for a holiday in Siem Reap. The location is great for exploring the temples and is still only a 10 minute tuk tuk ride away from town, which was perfect for us as we wanted some peace and tranquillity. Loved all of the staff and the owners Nicky and Adrian were fantastic with offering local recommendations, organising tours and anything else we needed. Amazing experience, great value for money and we really can’t wait to stay again - thank you Pavillon Indochine!

Wonderful, quiet and peaceful hotel in excellent location close to Angkor Wat temples. Restaurant on site, serving local and western food at a high standard. Hosts were helpful setting up trips and transportation during our stay. Ask for Von for your tuk tuk driver. He is the best! Highly recommend!!

I'd choose the place a thousand times over.

Zero complaints about the stay. Pavillion Indochine went above and beyond to make the stay a fantastic experience. We were in Southeast Asia for two weeks, and easily this was the best stay. The place has a beautiful pool and is very tropical, with a calming vibe. The room was airy and spacious, the breakfast delectable, and the staff members were extremely friendly, helpful, and super easy to talk to. The location was PERFECT - equidistant from shopping places and the Angkor Archeological Park. And the Pagoda cats made the entire stay top tier. Worth going to Siem Reap just to stay at this hotel. Fortunately, there are ruins to see too.

A beautiful perfect stay...

Everything. The staff were truly wonderful - so kind, helpful and friendly... Narath, especially, is extraordinary in her desire to make your stay perfect. The hotel itself is so lovely, lush and beautifully designed and decorated. The room is so clean and comfortable. The breakfast is really nice, as is the evening meal menu. A perfect perfect stay.

The maneger of the hotel Mrs Narath was really professional and extremely kind. We went there with our child and we had all the hepl to make our journey comfortable. The hotel is essential but cosy, comfortable and really close to the temples. I will go back one day.

the location is very perfect for our itinerary and very near to all the places we wanted to go

there’s alot of mosquitoes.. u cant even swim in the evening because of the mosquitoes… swimming pool is not soo clean.. need to improvise.. and otherwise breakfast is very nice .. and for the lunch or dinner they dont always hv everything they mentioned in their menu otherwise ok
