Welcome drink on arrival was very tasty
Lovely staff, lovely pool, beautiful gardens, and in a super convenient location - it was nice and quiet but not far from the main streets.

Magnifique établissement au calme, à 20 minutes à pieds de la ville ancienne. Nous y avons très bien dormi. Superbe piscine dans un écrin de verdure fleurie. Personnel très aimable, aux petits soins avec discrétion et beaucoup de gentillesse. Les chambres sont vastes, propres, meublées avec goût et sanitaires modernes et très bien équipés. Petit déjeuner goûteux, varié, copieux. Vélos et motos à disposition et en quantité. Séjour de 2 jours parfait et inoubliable. Vivement conseillé.

La struttura è particolare e singolare in modo positivo; non è il solito noioso hotel moderno e freddo. L’impatto quando si arriva da pace e serenità, e si vede che c’è tanta passione e cura nel giardino e nelle zone comuni come la piscina e il laghetto. La camera era semplice ma ben pulita e molto spaziosa, così come il bagno con tutti i comfort.
È una bella struttura, un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Sarebbe utile rivedere l’annuncio per non creare confusione; ho avuto la certezza di prenotare una camera al primo piano e invece era al piano terra, perché le foto delle camere sono mescolate nell’annuncio, ma se una camera è al primo piano o al piano terra (dove le persone camminano davanti alla tua porta finestra) cambia notevolmente il valore di questa.
La camera al piano terra, nonostante la pulizia ottima, ha un forte odore di umido, soprattutto in bagno, che si percepisce appena si entra.
La lavanderia è veloce ma non piega e non stira gli indumenti.

Lamentablemente me veo en la obligación de reportar este incidente, a pesar de que la estancia ha sido muy agradable y el hotel sin duda esta muy bien, el personal nos gestionó un autobus pésimo que terminó en un terrible accidente que por suerte lo podemos contar. Llebamos 12 dias en vietnam hemos pasado por 5 booking y hemos cogido 4 autobuses gestionados por los hoteles donde nos alojabamos pero ninguno con la gestión de este. Y cuando digo autobuses, No son private car, digo autobuses, con otros turistas de la zona, responsables y seguros.
Primero nos dijeron que nos recogerían a las 8 y media, llegó 45 minutos tarde, nos llevaron a una especie de explanada con un bareto a 10 km de la ciudad, allí sentados en una silla durante otros 45 minutos, nos llamó una chica con mucha prisa para cruzar la carretera, (era tipo autopista, doble sentido y muchos coches, ya no era la ciudad), ya me extrañó.. nos metieron en un sleepbus que paró en mitad de la carretera que a saber cuantas horas llevaba ese hombre conduciento. Tras media hora de trayecto, nos zarandeamos, escuchamos unos gritos y un golpe brutal, la suerte estuvo de nuestro lado, estabamos al fondo del bus y nos libramos por ello, pero el bus quedó como sinistro total, cristales por todos lado y me ahorro dar más detalle por aqui, horrible.... Hablamos con la mujer del booking y tuvimos que pagar además de los 600k del bus 800k vnd adicionales para que un chico nos llevará hasta Hue. En resumidas cuentas, el lugar no se merece esta puntuación pero le ruego al sitio que cambie la relación que tienen con la empresa de autobuses para ir desde Hoi An hasta Hue, que hable con alguna oficina de turismo de Hoi An que hay muchas para no tener que ir en un public bus y poder compartir autobus con otra gente pero con compañias fiables y seguras sin la necesidad de coger un coche privado. Hay terminos medios. Sin duda nos demostraron una falta de interés y empatia brutal por nuestra seguridad enviandonos allí.

The villa was the perfect stay for a relaxing holiday. It was down a quiet lane but close to awesome restaurants and the old town. The pool was lovely and a nice spot to relax in the heat. The room was very clean, comfortable and the air conditioning was great. The staff were very friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. They had complimentary bikes and towels for the beach which was helpful. I'd definitely return for a relaxing stay.

Gorgeous garden, a tranquil oasis. Loved having our own villa with a delightful spiral staircase and large balcony. The night smelt of fragrant jasmine flowers. Staff so very helpful, always went out of their way . Best breakfast choices l have ever had in Vietnam.

We stayed here for a few days 10 years ago and always said that we would come back. Eventually we made it and stayed for a week. If anything Betel Gardens is better than before, the staff, the rooms, the food is outstanding as is the location. In the time since we last stayed here a number of excellent family run restaurants have sprung up within walking distance serving quality Vietnamese food. Talking to other guests we found that we were not the only ones returning to Betel Gardens - says it all really.

A little slice of paradise with wonderful rooms and accommodating staff. I wish we could have stayed longer. Perfectly located between the centre of Hoi An and the beaches. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

This was my favorite stay during my 3 weeks in Vietnam! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool area and garden was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was very clean and well kept. Will definitely stay here again if I return to Hoi An!

The breakfast was great, lots of choices: pancakes, yogurt, eggs and vietnamese options. The location was a little further from the city center, but it was only a 10 min ride with the bike, 30 min walking or 5 min with a taxi. We loved that it was on a very quiet location, not in the business of the city center. The bed was really comfy, the room was spacious, there was a minibar with prices similar to the supermarket prices.

The garden and pool and so so beautiful, the shower so big that we could dance in there and everything was nice and clean. Into the old town it's about a 20 25 min walk but you can borrow a bicycle for free, then it only took about 7 min. The staff was very very friendly and there all the time

We absolutely loved our stay at Betels. The staff are so wonderful and helpful, it feels like a really warm and lovely place to stay. The free bikes for use were a must in Hoi An, and made our trip so much easier. Great breakfast too!

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, if I could put more than 10 I would do it , I’ve been travelling for 11 months, and this is by far the best hotel I had, from the kindness of the people, to the amazing and generous breakfast, the huge room was perfectly cleaned With everything you need , and filled with water & coffee every day , the beautiful garden & swimming pool, a true little oasis in Hoi an , you can rent scooter , free bike , restaurant near buy , calm , not in the touristy center, but close enough by bike 5 min !

Fanstatic place. We stayed the second time. But still loved it. We did not have time to stay longer because we have to work. There are many nice decorations with lantern and flowers. I hope i can come back here to see Tet asmotphere in Hoi An. Can not wait seeing Betel Team again. Quite recommendation

It is good location. It takes 10 minute to ride bikes to the centre, 15 minutes to the beach.
Breakfast so great. I booked the room without breakfast but we can add breakfast fee to the bill. Good price for breakfast. Room is so clean. We comed Betel with nice sunshine. Swimming pool is so big with sun balcony as well.
Loved it and come back. Highly recommend Betel Garden.

The 2nd time i come back here, it alway makes me feel like at home. A warm and family atmosphere. Betel Garden is my favorite place to stay in Hoi An. Strongly Recommend!

Big room with modern furnitures. I did not have choice to swim in a nice swimming pool. Breakfast is so exellent I will come back next holiday. I ussually travel to Viet Nam. I will quitely choose Betel garden for our holiday in Hoi An

We had a wonderful stay, the place is so peaceful and zen like with the pond and numerous bonsai trees. Breakfast was great with very fresh ingredients and many different choices. Free bicycles are provided which makes getting to the centre of the old town a 7 minute journey.
The weather, it rained a lot.
