If you like to snorkel, dive or hike this is one of the best locations of any island anywhere. The people of Moorea are wonderful with a great culture.
The Hilton food service needs improvement. Expensive but not that good. Institutional tasting. I ordered a pina colada and the bartender didn’t use any ice just the ingredients. He had ran out of ice and was too lazy to go get any. But there are wonderful restaurants on the island. If you intend to play tennis, don’t. The court is not playable. The exercise room is small and has sparse equipment.

The overwater bungalows were stunning and with great snorkelling in a sheltered lagoon. Water activities available to use
It would be nice to have some atmosphere with background music in the grounds. The food at the Hilton was average and a higher standard was expected for the significant price.

Loved our over water bungalow in the crystal clear lagoon. Also loved the kayaks, sup paddleboard and snorkeling equipment included
The dinner buffet with the tahitian dancing was not great

We booked a garden villa with a pool. We stayed in room 50, just of the beach. The plunge pool is private but the front decking can be seen by people walking past as there is only a hedge separating it from the path. The drinks in the mini bar are complimentary which is a nice touch. The stand out feature at the hotel if the hotel reef if you enjoy snorkelling. Just wade into the perfectly calm sea of the hotel beach and you will see plenty of fish, in fact more than we saw than in the snorkelling boat tour we did.
The Polynesian dance/dinner was nothing special for the price.
Grounds and the beach are quite small.

Localização e disposição do hotel perfeitas! O hotel fica sob as aguas mais lindas que ja vi! Super moderno. Quarto moderno. Tudo lindo!
Quartos que não são bangalos sob a agua ficam muito proximos da estrada! Da para ouvir o barulho de quem passa de carro…

Private plunge pool. Pretty grounds
Too much construction. Food mediocre at best. Placed too far from the beach. Restaurant service terrible

L’emplacement

From beginning to end, everything was great. The facility is on the smaller side and in my opinion that makes it even better since there’ll be a limited number or guests walking around. Not too crowded.
We stayed at a beach bungalow that had its own water access and super private. The room was spotless, and the bed extremely comfortable.
Restaurants were nice and had enough options to please everyone. At the over the water restaurant we were able to spot rays and sharks at night.
The reefs were amazing, and they offer free snorkeling gear plus kayaks and paddle boards.
Lastly, cheers to staff for being so kind and helpful. On the day we checked out we were allowed to use the facility until late in the afternoon and before leaving we were offered a room for 30min so we could have a shower and get ready for our journey ahead.
Exceptional service.
Nothing to complain about!

Excellent location and the staff exceptional.
Didn’t know the pool wasn’t available as it was under renovation work, but this didn’t spoil our enjoyment of the beach and beautiful water.

Excellent staff!! right from the baggage handlers to the reception, servers, cleaning staff, etc. Our room was amazing (panoramic) and the view was just great.
Slightly expensive. They should offer free pickup and drop off for the price we paid.

We loved the hotel’s private beach area and the whole place is really beautiful. We stayed in a villa with a private plunge pool, which was lovely, clean and spacious. The turn down service and the fact that the mini bar is topped up for free each day was a nice touch. My husband and I had a massage each at the hotel spa and they were amazing! The masseurs were really lovely too.
The only thing we didn’t like was the food.
We paid for bed and breakfast, and that meal was pretty good, but we had lunch twice and dinner once in the outside restaurant near the beach and the food really wasn’t that great. And it was expensive for the quality. It just lacked flavour. We were going to have the themed dinner buffet but decided to just watch the show (which was great btw!) without eating as we didn’t want to spend any more money on what could’ve been a sub par meal, so we can’t comment on the buffet dinner as we didn’t try it. Generally I’d recommend going out of the hotel for dinner etc or exploring local places if you have a car.

Everything , fantastic breakfast
In house dinner quality unfortunately let it down but you could eat out and that was pretty good

The location was superb, close to little roulottes and authentic shops. We had one of the premium overwater bungalows at the end of the docks, so a bit of a walk but the privacy was appreciated. We appreciated the bottle of champagne and macarons as diamond members. The snorkeling during our entire stay was great, we are experienced divers and brought our own gear. We saw spotted rays, black tip reef sharks, and all sorts of coral fish. The resort facilities and staff were excellent, we found the breakfast selection was great, especially the egg station. We had body treatments at the spa which melted the stress in our muscles away. The staff made us feel welcome, and we tipped the ones who were extra helpful, which led to some unfortunate inter-staff shenanigans.
We stayed at the hotel for a 2 night romantic getaway with sun & sea, after a busy 2 weeks with friends on the islands. Our overwater bungalow was a great base for relaxation.
The rooms could use a refresh.
Obviously the prices are high for food and drink, but it's expected at a chain like the Hilton

Absolutely nothing!

Swimming in the ocean. Nice pool. Great sunsets
The beach bungalow was dreadful because of all the seaweed and rubbish and it smelt. Apparently this happens each July and they “don’t usually have those bungalows available in this month”. They did their best to reaccommodate us but this meant three shifts to new bungalows in 4 days. Lots of repacking and waiting around for hours meaning we felt low priority. This interrupted our rest and relaxation. The food was poor. It felt dated.

I know. The price of an overwater bungalow for 1 night is more than some peoples monthly mortgage. More than monthly rent. But my goodness! Staying in one feels like a dream. You don’t want to leave. Sitting on your dock. Watching all the sharks and stingrays and various tropical fish swim by was the most incredible hotel experience I ever had! It was worth every penny! I would do it again in a heartbeat! The hotel itself is in one of the best locations on the island.

overwater bungalow experience with decent corals and fish for snorkeling and kayak/paddle boarding. overwater crepe restaurant overlooking lighted area with sharks!
There didn’t seem to be many shops within walking distance around the resort ( if you are interested in leaving the resort).

Beautiful location. Property well maintained.
Food and food service was not good. Wait staff was not very attentive. Food was mediocre and disappointing considering the high end property.

The breakfast was very diverse and really tasty. The whole complex looks amazing, and there is a lot of space you can walk around and many activities that you can do. Definitely one of the best stays in French Polynesia.
Unfortunately, both the days we stayed the weather was really bad and the rain was pouring. In this scenario many of the activities and even the bars and grills are closed and you don't really have an alternative. I am not saying it is their fault for this, this is just our experience and just wanted to point out that you can't benefit from most of what this complex is offering if the weather is bad.
