СПА удобства, хубав ресторант, но без нито едно почистване и обслужване ма стаята

Множество басейни, добра храна и прекрасна гледка към Пловдив.

Изключително немарливо обслужване откъм почистване. За четири дни, стаята не беше почистена нито един път или обслужена откъм консумативи. Една смяна на чаршаф с видно нежелание. До 15:30, въпреки заявено почистване, това не се случваше. Един път към 16:30 беше почукано на вратата от камериерките, време, по което децата още спяха. За следващия ден е оправдано по същия начин непочистването. Самообслужихме се с тоалетни принадлежности от количка в коридора.

Quality family time with multiple families

Great variety of pools and activities for the kids. Modern rooms. Breakfast and dinner were great especially when you can enjoy them in piece after dropping kids at play room.

Lower level balconies city view is obstructed by nearby museum but it's not a major issue. Also parking gets full really quickly. TV experience was very poor because there were mostly Russian channels for kids (not English) and TV was acting strange - resetting video and volume setting (automatically going loud after being lowered).

Закуската беше богата и разнообразна. Разположението на хотела е на удобно и спокойно място

Добър престой в Марково

Хотелът е ориентирано изцяло за деца, има доста басейни разнообразни, детския кът има камери и ако е по-самостоятелно детето да го гледаш от ресторанта.

Не ни изчистиха стаята два дни, доста натоварено и през делничните дни.

Страхотна почивка

Всичко беше изключително!!! Отношението на персонала, храната беше много разнообразна и вкусна. Безупречна чистота! Наистина е помислено за децата и това те да се чувстват спокойни и доволни. Останахме впечатлени и със сигурност ще го посетим отново.

Няма такова нещо! Всичко беше на много високо ниво.

Много доволни!

Има абсолютно всичко, от което може да имаш нужда. Персонала е отзивчив - 3 пъти ни сменяха халата, докато уцелим размера на дъщеря ми. Храната е многообразна, достатъчна и вкусна. Детският кът чудесен, но в зоната 3-12 е малко страшно да оставиш без надзор 3-4г. дете, тъй като по-големите хвърчат и не внимават

Няма нещо такова. Като препоръка - може да се добавят повече козметични услуги, а не само фризьорство и маникюристка.

Es wurde an vieles gedacht. Viele Attraktionen für Kinder. Leckeres Essen und Getränke. Freundlicher Personal.

Baustelle vorm Hotel, Baustelle neben dem Hotel. Übertrieben lauter Musik im Kindercenter.

Много шумен хотел , с бягащи постояно деца. Ресторанта затваря в 21,45 а пише че работи 23,00 ,останахме гладни Свободната консумация е заедно с блок масата и храната е същата, за честота не искам да говоря,ужасно

Great stay with lots of facilities to keep yourself busy

The hotel has lots of parking spaces available. Then, facilities are amazing - lots of saunas, swimming pools, spa centres with great massage offerings. Buffets for breakfasts and dinner (dinners are paid for separately). 20 min by car to reach Plovdiv city centre. Overall a hotel which you are not willing to leave due to all the facilities available on site. A selection of pillows to choose from.

I was told the hotel has central A/C system - cannot enjoy a cool room with A/C blowing cold air unless the management decided to turn on the A/C for the entire building.

The staff was really nice and accommodating and the pool and playground area were very good.

Relaxation, good food and lovely views, and only 20 mins from home

Convenient location on the edge of Plovdiv, with nice views over the city. Room was spacious and clean, with a really lovely designed bathroom. Bed was comfortable and tea/coffee & kettle was provided. Spa facilities were excellent and included in the booking (except massages - which looked fairly priced) All staff we met were polite and friendly. Food in the restaurant was fabulous and the breakfast was incredible; what a choice, I don't think they missed a thing. We only stayed 1 night to celebrate our anniversary, but we plan to be regular visitors to Park & Spa for our celebrations.

Nothing, the place has something for everyone.

Great hotel for kids

Great breakfast, the hotel is very children-oriented. Spa/pool and gym are working till 9pm.

The parents bed is OK, terrible pillows though. The kids were sleeping in a falding bed - one of them just collapsed twice the same night. The pools are relatively small for the amount of people in the hotel.

The staff, the Spa center incl pools, the attractions for children, food was fine: breakfast was really good, the regular menu - ok too. The halotherapy room was awesome.

The condition of the shower in the room, the handle was like broken and the position of the shower was not easy to set.

Excellent hotel & spa minutes away from Plovdiv

Firstly, I want to clarify that it was not our first visit. We've been to the hotel before, like six years ago, and we were pleasantly surprised at how much it has been improved. Pretty much every aspect is much better. The spa centre is excellent, and the indoor pools are awesome. The restaurant is great and offers one of the best breakfasts we've experienced in Bulgaria. Highly recommended!

It's not a critique, but since the hotel is so well-suited for people with children, it's not very quiet, especially in the pool area. If you are looking for serenity, you should probably stick to the spa and relax areas.
