Cheap, but disappointing lack of maintenance

Bed was clean and comfortable enough.

Chairs and couches so dirty we didn't want to touch them. Water damage and poor maintenance. No air conditioning. Generally needs cleaning and upgrades.

Très moyen cet hôtel vaut 2 étoiles

Le personnel est top et la chambre est grande

J ai réservé cet hôtel pour la piscine car après avoir fait de la route j en ai besoin résultat option mensongère elle était fermée ( non mentionnée au moment de réservé et première photo pour que les gens réserve… la piscine bien sûre et cerise sur le gâteau je suis arriver en fin d après midi coupure d eau dans tout l établissement il l on remis dans la soirée et donc plus d eau chaude jusqu au lendemain indigne d un 3 étoiles tout est vieillot robinet cuisine défectueux et en plus il demande au clients de vider leur poubelles et de les emmener 300 m plus loin jamais vu ça

Great location, pity it's gone down in appeal, a holiday place that now caters for workers

Location great, disappointing breakfast for 12 euros each it was rubbish, walked out and asked for our money back, which was given. The excuse for lack of choice, no cheese, no hams, better choice of cereals, nothing hot except tea and coffee. Wrong time of year! Been here many times always a great breakfast, place has new owners, now a part of a larger company.

Rooms although been reformed, sparsly furnished, bed settee no cover, sit on a bare mattress, only 2 cups for a four berth

Clean spacious apartment. Good WiFi connection and plenty of free parking. Beautiful location near the lake.

Sliding doors on bedroom would not close and one was hanging off.

good stay overall and we spent the day outside and came back for dinner and to sleep

good location comfortable bed and good linen large bathroom

sofa badly arranged in room and cushions too big for the sofa basic kitchen equipment - no salt/ pepper in the area . poorly lit stove area . not enough place to cook pool facing - but was being renovated so ugly and noisy

Good location for traveling from Spain to UK and suitable for a dog. Spacious apartment and generally comfortable. Staff very friendly.

Room a bit tired could do with upgrade. Bed small. Supplement for travel with dog is 15e is expensive.

no air conditioning and the toilets were separate from the bathroom very old fashioned no access to any water for washing at least your hands after using the toilet which is very unhealthy in this days of covid

Good sized apartment, lovely balcony. Well equipped kitchenette. Nice pool.

Would benefit from extractor fan in the kitchenette. Bigger washing machine in laundry room is needed.

Nice peaceful hotel

Nice quiet area. Friendly staff. Near shops, casino etc. You can cook in your room. Nice little balcony.

The microwave in the room 302 was not on a stable shelf and almost fell off a few times. No trash can in room. You have to carry your own trash down to the trash container down the hill. Very basic breakfast for $12. NOT ONE ENGLISH TV CHANNEL!

The location near the thermal spas was great. The housekeeper who changed the linens was very friendly and efficient

The toilet was in a converted broom cupboard, the carpet in the hallway was soiled and in three days didn’t once get hoovered as the same piece of plastic remained on the floor. The kitchen was ancient and looked nothing like the online pictures, tiles on the balcony were cracked, no air con, there were not enough space to sit together to eat a meal.

Tired and in need of an update but great location and great staff

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, rooms are a good size and beds are comfy. Little kitchen is very useful and we'll equipped

I have stayed here many times in the last few years, unfortunately it hasn't been maintained well and requires updating. The toilet cistern is very old and VERY noisy, if one person uses it during the night, everyone will be woken up. Huge amounts of cobwebs on the terrace made it feel a bit creepy, like a haunted house.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a bit small but has all we need.

Breakfast was minimal and bread that was finished was not replaced until requested.

Quiet location, in front of the lake with great opportunities for dog walking. Safe parking and friendly staff.

Initially the staff put me in a room for disabled people, which doesn’t have a bath. Since I wanted a tub, the staff accommodated me and I changed rooms. Both rooms are in need of an upgrade: the furniture, kitchenettes and bathroom are outdated and worn out. The beds aren’t very comfortable either.

The apartments are comfortable but a bit old and need some renovation. The staff were very friendly and helped us very well. Good parking and good location.

A clear water damage in the roof that has been painted over. The water closet had problems with the flushing. The breakfast room was a part of a conference room (with an ongoing conference.
