Comfortable stay

Chef Samrat is great, Handed over me sabudana khichdi during my fasting. Waiter Arjun and Vickey are awesome, especially Arjun has very positive attitude and a fine eye for perfection. Perfect place for smoking has been chosen.

Good clean property but do not expect them to be prompt or respect and follow certain etiquettes

Clean and neat property. All the staff in the restaurants were extremely courteous and well behaved

I was travelling with a baby and was going to reach the property at 2pm ( which is their official check in time ) I had called an hour before to inform the staff to keep the room ready as my baby daughter was extremely tired and sleepy due to the 5 hour travel from Mumbai and she needed to sleep immediately. In spite of prior intimation to keep the room ready so that my wife can straightaway go and put the baby to sleep ( while i wait and finish the check in formalities )it was not ready and we were made to wait for 15 mins. Also the baby food is free in all the 5 starts that i have visited. But when i asked for the same for my baby daughter i was charged for it in the bill which is something i have experienced for the first time and shows the cheapness of the hotel management. It is not about the money. It is a gesture that all the 5 starts do and just reflects poorly on the property when it is not followed.

Mattress is too hard, different from other Hotels. Restaurant to too much time to bring the food and children were impatient and sleepy

It was for a one night stay and would definitely recommend this place although one could look into the other Hyatt Pune

The property is conveniently located close to the airport. The staff were very welcoming and courteous. The buffet spread for lunch was fantastic. My mom and myself traveled and we felt safe. We left early the next morning and they obliged our request for a packed breakfast.

It looks a little dated. I believe there is another Hyatt Pune close to this one which has a more modern look. I may consider that in the future.

Cut short stay from 4 nights to 1 night because we were booked into the wrong Hyatt - Pune instead of the Hyatt Regency

In Pune nehme ich nur dieses Hotel, immer wieder

Freundliches Personal, Schwimmbad draußen ist ein Traum , Frühstück perfekt, Preis ist im Vergleich zu anderen 4 Sternen Hotels ok und eher günstig

Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, fällt aber nur auf wenn man öfter dort war

Everything all right

The staff was helpful and pleasant.

It doesn't feel like a five star hotel, it's not bad but it's certainly not great. I would say it passes for a three star hotel.

Never expected such behaviour / experience in a Hyatt property

The location is convenient and restaurant decor was good

The staff. I called before booking and inquired about driver stay service and I was confirmed by reservations that you have 6-7 bunk beds for driver To my surprise when we checked in the staff clearly said that we don’t have that facility and that it is under maintainence How can you confirm in the morning and then put us under such harrasement in the evening ? We had to undergo pain to hunt for a stay close to the hotel and had to miss one of my meetings in the late eve just for this . Also the front office personnel were pretty rude in shunning away my driver , even when I spoke them, they were not courteous and this is not expected from a Hyatt staff I am using the facilities at Hyatt pan India very regularly and for more than 21 yrs now , this is not acceptable Look into it or you will loose regular loyal clients like me

Never gonna stay again in the Hyatt Chains

Below average and very similar to any lodge which is close to airport did not give me a feeling of luxury hotel even for a second.

Honestly, I have been staying at many luxury chains such as Le meridian, Marriott apartments, Marriott chains, radisson chains but trust me Hyatt is not even in that luxury list…..the hand shower had such dirty panels, it felt like I’m staying in a lodge, and this is the situation of the King Room, god knows what is condition of the business room. The bath robes were not clean, the pillow covers were dirty, the AC controls were of no use because it was set by their staff on auto from the main control. Just imagine paying 7000 per day for 3 nights stay and having a pillow cover with bubblings on it. I felt so cheated and the food….if you order from there dine-in then you must carry your own disposable cutleries because they won’t send the right cutleries in the first go and by the time they send it your food will be cold because THANKS TO THE AC that we can’t control. Choose Radisson or Novotel instead..!!

Nice property

The rooms are small, compact and and clean.While the staff are helpful,the billing systems are terrible and they can't seem to get it right ,be it billing for food or pre authorisation,it was a constant. There was an intent to help but there were lot of misses like asking for items during breakfast or dinner which wouldn't come .If courier was coming the default was to return the item rather than receive . But once pointed out they did try to help. Staff are helpful

I will choose another hotel next time

Location is good. Near toy favorite restaurant.

Check-in took much longer. They are not accustomed to dealing with foreigners living in India. They dont know what is FRRO and it took more than 20 minutes to scanning the same. Surprised.
