Bella struttura direttamente sul mare anche se la spiaggia davanti non è balneabile. Bungalow davvero belli con ottima vista e possibilità di prendere consumazioni al bar e bere direttamente al tavolino fuori dalla stanza con ottima vista. Si vede bene il tramonto se la giornata è bella. Piscina a sfioro carina e pulita con ottime sdraio e amache. Staff gentile e anche la pulizia buona. Pieno di gatti e per noi che li amiamo è andata bene 😊 non abbiamo provato il cibo o colazione per cui non saprei dire ma nel complesso buona struttura a prezzo giusto. Spiaggia haad rin a 10 Minuti a piedi comodissima e l'hotel comunque è vicino a tutti i posti per mangiare e bere

Unica pecca la spiaggia davanti anche se non balneabile per via delle rocce ma è davvero sporca tenuta malissimo piana di plastica e sporcizia, peccato perché il tramonto e la vista da lì meritano per fortuna è rialzato dalla spiaggia il villaggio

התנהלות מאוד קטנונית, ביום האחרון לפני הצ'ק אאוט חייבו אותנו לשם על כוס בטענה ששברנו אותה (למרות שאפילו לא השתמשנו בכוסות), פקידת הקבלה חסרת נכונות להקשיב ולעזור וממשיכה לטעון ששברנו אותה כמו תקליט שבור. תחושה שרר מחפשים איפה לעקוץ אותך וחבל. מעבר לזה מיקום מאוד לא מרכזי, אם אתם בלי אופנוע לא מומלץ בכלל בכל תקופה שהיא לא הפולמון

Quiet and by the sea

The price quoted with 50% discount was the same at the property. We got tricked by the discount policy. The light in the room was horrendous, we had to see 3 rooms before finding a better one. The design is weird: There is no space in the bathroom whatsoever to leave your things (not even a shelf). A big round garbage bin in the middle of the bathroom/toilet. no curtains in an open shower, everything gets wet.

excellent value for money, nice staff, modern and relaxing.

we loved the pool and our Villa. we were upgraded free of of charge. Fon was really cool, excellent English speaking, funny and she booked us a car for 2 days with no problems at all. The waiting staff were nice. The breakfast and food was great value and really tasty. we loved the Pad Thai and breakfast avocado, bacon and egg beigel. thanks for having us, a really nice experience in Koh Phangan. PS, thank you to the massage lady! She was lovely.

I would highly recommend this hotel

The property location is beautiful, the pool area has various ‘chill areas’ with bean bags, swings and sun loungers and this faces onto what feels like a private beach where the sand is soft and the sea clean. As the name suggests you can see the sunset from the pool too. The restaurant food was reasonably priced and very tasty and affordable too.

The towels and linen were not changed but we were only there for four nights and this didn’t bother us so we didn’t ask. We booked one beach bungalow which looked as though it has a hammock on the porch but there was not one there.

The sunsets are truly something! The pool and location for us were just great!

The rooms were all the same, with the difference of some having sea views and some with garden views. The location is just on the beach, which has low and high tides. The water is clean and warm and clear. The pool was also lovely, perfect size for the resort. Staff were friendly and the location to Haad Rin beach was also just a quick and simple 9 minute walk away. We stayed here purposely so my 75 year old mother could relax in a calm environment while us younger folk could go and enjoy the Full Moon Party. This was perfect for that. We enjoyed the food and drinks, but you can definitely get more and better by simply stepping out of the resort. I'd suggest Pun Pun for food (just around the corner) and really anywhere you can get drinks, so easy. The rooms were clean and did exactly what they needed to. A bit higher end than the typical party beach bungalows, but don't expect Koh Samui style luxury. The beds were firm and comfortable. Slept like a baby listening to the sea waves. For us, this was a wonderful place to stay for 4 nights. The sunsets are truly something!

If I had to nit pick then this is what I could have to say... If you're expecting full luxury then please also remember this part of Koh Phangan is catering for Full Moon Party goers. It isn't for couples looking for calm dancing and families looking to get away. While this resort can just about pull that off, this area in general is not that. Also, if you're the type of person that is totally anti cannabis... then you should probably rethink Thailand altogether. It is legal here, and people and tourists on the Islands most definitely enjoy this. So don't expect to control that aspect of your holiday when you're coming to visit a foreign country. Enjoy what the country has to offer! The staff at times could be slow, but again I believe they are still adjusting to life after Covid. If you're looking to stay in Koh Phangan for a very long time and only come down to the FMP for the day... then there are other parts of the island with better facilities and resorts... but this one, for our purposes and our visit, definitely did what we expected it to. We would stay again.

This could be a decent place, nice location, simple but OK bungalows.

Staff not making much effort. In some places, there was junk lying around, finished drinks were not cleared. Some maintenance is needed.

Great little villa approx 80m from beach, short walk in to Haad Rin, hotel pool practically on the beach.

Haad Rin very quite during week and when it's not full moon party, 3 nights was enough at the resort.

Absolutely stunning

Was suspicious but upon arrival it turned out there is no reason for it. Right next to the beach you can either enjoy the pool or the sea, it was so beautiful! Staff was super friendly and happy all the time. The Bungalows were lovely and very clean.

It was unfortunate that the Barkeeper was on holiday and no replacement was there to make people a drink during the offered happy hour

Amazing pool and beach, comfortable room, great location!

Loved this place! The pool is right on the beach and it’s perfect! The staff is so nice and helpful and the room is very comfortable. The hotel is a 5-10 min walk from the full moon party but it’s far enough that you can’t hear it and you can sleep so it’s perfect
