Service réduit au strict minimum malgré une omniprésence du staff qui traîne dans l’établissement

Petit déjeuner Situation géographique

Un service très réduit au minimum: pas d’accès à une machine à boisson ou mme une bouilloire le soir. Équipements minimum dans les chambres, salles de bain vétustes. Obligations d’acheter un bonnet de bain horrible pour accéder à la piscine sans que cela soit mentionné avant la réservation, personnel peu enclin à rendre service par exemple réserver un restaurant ou un taxi, aucun conseil de visite ou de restaurant sauf un qui semble en cheville avec l’établissement, service de navette annoncé mais non assuré dans les faits sans réaction de l’établissement pas d’excuses et pas d’inaction corrective. Salle du petit déjeuner qui ressemble à un réfectoire d’hôpital. Petit déjeuner pris en même temps qu’une partie du staff et entretien des espace externes et interne aux heures de pointe des clients.

Nice and Clean , friendly staff , good location next to a bus stop ( free parking for cars and scooters) . We even booked more 3 nights

Meglio di quanto mi aspettassi

Colazione ottima e molto abbondante, struttura nuova e immersa nel verde, piscina e zona relax tenute bene, staff molto cordiale

La posizione non è ottimale per chi non è automunito (pur avendo fermata autobus di fronte all'entrata della struttura) o per chi preferisce stare a due passi dal mare, inoltre non esiste un vero e proprio separè tra un balcone e l'altro (almeno nel nostro caso era presente solo una piccola pianta)

Fantastico - didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful location, amazing pool & setting, fantastic staff (so friendly & helpful,) beautiful breakfast & fantastic views from the room balcony. Bus stop right outside the entrance making access around the island very easy. Also mini fridge in the room to keep things cool. The hotel has a relaxing charm about it & the staff are incredible.

Perhaps some food / light bar snacks in the afternoon / evening were missing.

Beautiful gardens, thermal swimming pool. All the furniture in the hotel is new. very comfortable bed . Good breakfast and the staff are warm and friendly and gave excellent service.

I would 15 out of 10 B o o k this hotel once again next spring season for myself.

The front desk team had such a sweet disposition. Also gave me great suggestions as to where to go on the island, and maybe what I would be permitted to do in general on the hotel grounds or in the surrounding cities. I simply asked a couple nights before if I were to be permitted to stay a third night, this was unplanned. And the front desk agent, and older gentleman, did not make it into a big deal and was so kind to offer me the same rate for the Third night. They just seem like they always wanted me as their guests to be please and have a good time and they were very accommodating.

This heat on the island made for some challenges. My room was well equipped with a goo AC unit so no complaint there. I only wish the bathroom was more well-lit being that there were just 2 light fixtures without lightbulbs in them. That was truly it!

WORST experience of my life!

Maybe the pool, even though the water was hot and there was no chlorine so I don't know how they cleaned that (if they cleaned it), it looked like it was abandoned because the leaves and dirt were all over the floor.

First of all there was no hospitality or welcoming, we arrived and the receptionist started the procedure of check in directly. He looked fed up and tired of the questions we were asking. Then they showed us the room, which was horrible, there was no air, the tv was like a little box from the 1970s, the bed was old and had holes in it, the room was downstairs so ants and insects came inside the room and infested the food we brought from home, the walls were so thin that we could hear everything from the other rooms and we couldn't sleep in the night but worst of all there was NO FRIDGE! How can a hotel not have a mini fridge! In the heat of the summer with 40 degrees we had to drink hot water, because they didn't have a mini fridge for the clients. And when we complained they said "But ma'am this is a 3 star hotel what did you expect?" Never in my life I have experienced such a bad experience, everything was bad from the staff, the bedrooms, to the facility overall which was very dirty and dusty, humid and smelled musty that we got sick and went back home with a flu. They fooled us with good pictures of the pool and the spa (which was closed and abandoned as well) but in reality it was nothing like the pictures. Please contact the hotel you're going to stay and let them explain everything about the facility so that you don't find an unpleasant surprise like we did. We went there to relax and we came back sick and disappointed.

The garden and pool were nice.

There were spiders all ovet the place. Coffee and croissants were burned, not good quality. Spaces were outdated and smelled really bad in the room and corridors. Also second pool was like it was never maintained, didnt look anything like in the pictures.

The location. The facilities in the rooms. The bathroom was neat but not up to hotel standard. There was no bus shuttle from the city to the hotel, which is on the mountains. The « hotel » is not as in the pictures. It seems like an old retirement home that was converted into a « hotel »
