Ibiza visit

Lovely staff. The service dropping you into the old town. Turndown service was great. Clean rooms. Beautiful view from the pool however staff don't come up to ask you if you would like a drink etc.

No included water in room or facilities to refill your water bottles. This would be helpful when travelling. It was very expensive for a room which didn't have a view or a balcony. The experience was lovely but you can get nicer rooms for that price.

Schönes Hotel für Kurztrips

Die Lage des Hotels war super zentral in der Altstadt. Die Mitarbeiter sind super hilfsbereit. Zimmer waren schön und der Pool für die Stadt auch ausreichend und man kann dort schön verweilen. Betten waren sehr bequem und die Zimmer super eingerichtet und sauber!

Hotel war ein wenig unprofessionell. Keine Ohrstäbchen oder Reinigungstücher im Badezimmer; Zimmer wurden erst um 16 Uhr gereinigt. Am Pool gab es keinen Service.

My best holiday ever.

I didn't just like this gorgeous hotel. I LOVED it, underline, capital, bold letters. The staff, the location (it's over three separate buildings, and that was great for me, to literally go down from my tower bedroom to breakfast, and to the reception area and delightful bar, and to the partly olive shaded, beds and towels aplenty, pool area) Those a la carte breakfasts sitting overlooking the best view ever, in sunshine, or on a less warm day in the restaurant with inspirational, innovative decor. One of those holiday experiences that restores your faith in the leisure industry. Beautiful room and bed/bedding, fabulous shower, daily room service with turn down service. We were given a room upgrade - thank you, to a room with a tiny balcony overlooking the street, but all the rooms that I saw looked fabulous. Also allowed because the hotel was not too busy to have a late departure. Nothing was too much trouble. I don't know what it will be like in high season, but after weeks of grey and gloom in the UK, this was the best restorative, holiday. Beautiful memories, will never forget, and already hatching a plan to get back.

I would have loved a slightly warmer pool, but it was off season and I'm sure in season it's fabulous for a refreshing dip. There was nothing to fault here, simply the best location (with warm, friendly, professional drivers to take you up and down to the marina, town, even in the pouring rain on those cobbles). Simply the most kind, helpful, warm, generous hearted - How can we make your holiday better? staff.

A short break and very enjoyable probably wouldn't stay for more than a few days in the location.

Location and layout staff very friendly and helpful

Rooms were over garage so lots of noise Food was a bit haphazard. Had to send a very undercooked burger back twice. Gave up on the end.

Everything - the view, the rooms, the staff. It was all perfect. The hotel having a 24/7 whats app number was helpful and they were extrememly responsive when I texted them an inquiry.

Great location, expectations high in line with price but check for other options as you might also be disappointed.

Location and lifts down in to Ibiza Town

Tiny room so small couldn’t put clothes anywhere (it was like a capsule), no real value for money spent. Other things like dust on bed decor, mosquitoes squished on walls can be fixed easily. Must have been start of season. Breakfast service a bit shambolic so didn’t bother for rest of trip, no concierge, front desk (apart from one gentleman) didn’t seem to know Ibiza at all so couldn’t recommend place, people at pool bar seemed stressed. Overall for the enormous price paid I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Exceptional

This is a beautiful hotel up in the hills of the old town; a truly wonderful place to relax in peace. The rooms are very comfortable and you can eat in the restaurant overlooking Ibiza Town. The customer service was exceptional. They really take care of you.

Fantastic stay, highly recommend.

From check in to check out we had a wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful, the location was beautiful, the room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious (and plentiful).

Going home, it was that good!

Beautiful hotel but no service available at all

The drivers at the hotel were amazing and the chamber maids The bedroom window had scaffolding and green netting over it The location is high up but very beautiful area

Scaffolding with netting over at the bedroom window and on Monday morning at 8am workmen we’re right outside our window on the scaffolding and looking in the room we had to close the window as they were painting it wasn’t there fault the hotel should not be using that room I explained to reception but they were not interested at all, not what you expect for the amount you pay Couldn’t get a drink of water or anything at the pool had to order room service and have it delivered to the pool , wasn’t easy The hotel drivers were the best, so nice and the lovely chamber maids

Good but not great, particularly if you need quiet to sleep

Beautiful location (lots of steps!) and lovely staff. Rooms were reasonably spacious and well equipped. Building and architecture was also very nice. Le Labo toiletries were a very nice touch.

Bathroom was quite small and some minor maintenance issues. There was very poor soundproofing between the rooms and not great from a street noise perspective. Breakfast was nice but relatively basic, and no variety at all (same choices every day and no actual menu).

service location - historic gem

location on Dalt villa exceptional staff. the Tower. wow. love staying there. design ethos. so beautiful. walking from the tower down to reception via the pool was wonderful with its views and sweet smell of jasmine there’s plenty of water offered in your room. And the minibar is stocked complementary Service and staff are part of what makes a special, the location if you want to explore the old city of a peso is fantastic, the welcome drink is a must. With the Evison vermouth, bubbles and soda. at that same location I had one of my best tomato toasts

smaller room but they have 7 room categories so lots of great options

Blissful stay in a world heritage sight

Beautiful hotel, boutique feel - gorgeous decor inside. Very clean and everything you could need plus more in the room. Great location but a long walk back up - although services are offered free up and down the big hill

Only 2 faults we could find are, the lack of breakfast onsite - you have to go down to the marina if breakfast incl in stay. Also gets very noisy during the night as pool/bar stay open until midnight etc

Unforgetable stay in a beautiful hotel.

Absolute luxury in the beautiful historic centre. The pool area is a great facility. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
