Tolles Hotel für z.B. ein Wochenende

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft direkt neben dem Headquarter / Firmengelände von Bayer in Leverkusen. Sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern und gutem Frühstück. Empfehlenswert als Alternative zu Köln.

Die Lage ist ggf. für den einen oder anderen nicht optimal. Anreise mit PKW ist sinnvoll und geboten.

De kamer

Dat als je een kamer bestellt met een ligbad. Dat je dan geen kamer krijgt met een ligbad Het hotel heeft mij uitgelegd dat ik specifiek een mail moet sturen om een kamer met een ligbad te krijgen. Ze hebben het probleem opgelost door ons een duurdere kamer te geven. Voor de afgesproken prijs. Ik heb specifiek voor een kamer met een ligbad gezocht. Dan ga je er ook vanuit dat je een kamer met een ligbad krijgt.

Komme jederzeit gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Frisch gebackenes Brot sowie Kuchen. Aber auch ein full English breakfast war im Angebot, ebenso Obst, selbst gemachte Joghurts, etc. .

Gibt nichts Negatives!

This hotel is possibly the "best kept secret" in the Leverkusen/Cologne/Duesseldorf area!

The hotel facilities are superb in all areas: accommodation, restaurant/bar. Excellent Breakfast Buffet, great lunch & dinner menu selection and food quality. Beautifully appointed restaurant, bar and wine cellar. Hotel rooms are super-comfortable and well appointed - true 5-star standard.

If you arrive by car It's not possible park around the hotel and so it's mandatory pay the park in the hotel. I think that it could be better insert parking service inside the cost of the room beacuse it's not an option.

absolutely loved it

this is perfect for a little getaway, anything you could possibly need was there will be returning

personally i wouldn’t book this if you’re staying in cologne as it is a little while away - i had to take a train which was 15 minutes and then walk for about half hour, however you could get a taxi!

Was a good stay for attending the Collogne Christmas Market.

The room was big and very clean

Even though i booked the suite because the photos showed it had a bath, on arrival there were no bath in the room, only a shower. So i would suggest they represent the rooms more accurately as this was very disapointing.

I did not feel safe in this hotel

I don’t think the text box can hold enough of what needs to said about the hotel. 1.) Location so far from any attractions or shops so be willing to get over charged with taxi fees. 2.) make sure you have your wallet or personal items on you at all times as workers at the hotel do like to enter your room once your out and kindly take money. Don’t worry through, as they won’t offer you food or money off hotel. They even blamed us, saying we should of locked our doors once we leave our rooms. But you cannot lock the doors. Once closed they are only accessible using keys which we had at all times and the cleaners which enter the rooms every morning to clean up are wallets. No need to panic as the building is very secure and protected. We asked very politely is there any cctv camera in the hallway and the receptionists reply was “there is not any”. As you can gather the workers are so helpful and deliver a great level of customer service to the table. This in result ruined a potentially great week in the beautiful country that is Germany. We all did not feel safe in our rooms all weekend after discovering this. In return felt very disappointed with the level support given to us by the hotel and police service in the area. 3.)Once checking out of the hotel they even charged me more for the room(s) Thank you Kasino hotel for this lovely welcoming stay.
