Disappointing

It's a 5 minute walk to Surin Beach

The room is advertised as a penthouse with access to rooftop dining area. This area was under construction during our stay, yet at no point before or during our stay were we informed about this. The room is also nowhere near as nice as the pictures. There are stains everywhere, including all over the sofa.

Very happy with everything, Staff were great, Lots of restaurants close by, Easy to hear car / motorbike in short walking distance.

Russians are everywhere, not that I hate Russians, just they can be ignorant 🙄 and have no consideration for others.

Stayed was ok but the management or owner should look and check all the details before renting out.

We like the location as it is not over crowded. Near the beach and many small restaurants

The water was not flowing down at the 2nd bedroom shower so my family had a bedroom with shower but unable to use. I called the reception and we waited long time for them to come but still did not solve the issue. Several hangers were broken when we just hold them, This tells us no one has actually check the rooms. I have booked a Penthouse but was given a regular room which was not what I expected. I had asked the reception and they told me the apartment we had was Penthouse. Quite disappointed. Another thing they should look at is the toilet seat cover, should change into soft cover instead of the seat cover that closed with a bang.

apartment is awful. for cleaning, use aggressive chemistry. two of our three children had a huge allergy. all family members had a headache from the impossible smell of chemistry for cleaning. The younger son had torn all night after the headache, the oldest son had a problem with the eye. it was dangerous to stay there for our family. if you have an allergic tendency, you can't choose this place. We lived 2 nights, but we were required to pay 3 nights 33,000 THB, although it was not our fault and dangerous for health. We refused to pay, but the manager began to threaten the woman at the reception that would deduct 11,000 for the last night from her wages, although I think her salary for a month is about the same and she is only responsible for the reception. I realized that my case was not the only one, but regular.

We were given a new property to stay in, which was really good

Not where we were supposed to be staying. Very last minute change. Location really out the way, cost a fortune in taxis Very high charge for electricity.

great stay - comfortable- big apartment

it was so comfy, felt like a little home. everything you need within walking distance. we really enjoyed it

the only thing I can think of is an extra blanket for the couch area

Located next to Surin Beach, that's it.

Location - conveniently located a few minutes from Surin Beach and about 30 minutes from the airport. Apartment was beautiful and offered an amazing view of Surin Beach since we were on the 5th floor. Think of this place as your own apartment where you clean, cook, and take out your own trash. But we absolutely loved it, it was very private and spacious for all of us. Staff was also very friendly as well and answered any questions right away. The Manager was available through her phone even after hours so that was greatly appreciated. Taxi services and laundry services are also near by.

The only attraction near was Surin Beach - all other attractions including night markets and restaurants are a lot further.

Horrific! Never stay here.

Surin beach was close and beautiful

The place was a disaster. We moved rooms because of the most terrible smell coming from the drains. The second room was not much better and we only used one bathroom as a result. In addition, they claim they are self catering. This is laughable. The hob does not even fit two pans. You need to cook food in batches. Needless to say we gave up and used food panda or Grab. We left 4 nights early because my family was so uncomfortable, and they would not refund us our money, despite multiple complaints. I was very disappointed in Booking.com also as I had logged the complaints from the beginning, but booking.com did nothing at all to get us a refund.

Nice place. Comfortable and clean. Good location. I'd stay there again.

Comfortable beds, clean, all utilities available in the kitchen, shower, bedroom, and living room. Nice pool right outside our apartment with a good view. Near the beach, convenience stores, and restaurants. Friendly staff. One thing though was that I reserved the place including breakfast, but discovered at the site that they have closed down their kitchen some years ago and that service was not available. However, the staff apologized for it, after which I received a phone call from booking.com asking me what I wanted to do next (cancel whole booking or ask for refund of breakfast value). I asked for a refund and operator confirmed sending it to me (had paid by card)

Friendly staff, great location

Great location, fantastic staff

Kitchen was out of date, microwave old and broken. Replaced with an even older (but working) rusty one. Hotplate was so slow to heat up. Table had lost it's glass so belongings kept falling through. No fan on balcony, no lamps in lounge just harsh main lights. Large damp spot on ceiling of balcony. The whole apartment had an air of neglect. A bathroom cabinet would have been nice

Home Away From Home

We loved everything about our 2 week stay at The Park Surin. Our apartment was clean and spacious with a lovely view overlooking the gorgeous pool and surrounding area. Location was great. Only a 5 minute walk down to beautiful Surin Beach and BangTao Beach was close by in the other direction. The super friendly and helpful staff helped us to book both day trips and a driver whenever we needed to be driven anywhere. Great places to eat nearby and a lovely massage parlour across the road to ease out any aches and pains. A great holiday!

There was nothing about the property that we didn’t like.
