Un hôtel 4* qui les mérite

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Le petit déjeuné est bien garni, il y a beaucoup de choix. Le SPA est minimaliste mais amplement suffisant. Dommage que le jaccuzi n'ai pas été accessible

Emplacement exceptionnel en descendant de plus de 5h de train avec 2 enfants ! Personnel accueillant et chaleureux, ainsi qu'au petit dej'. Équipements super dont nous avons profité. Chambre spacieuse, totalement propre et confortable... Réponses apportée à nos demandes claires et en ayant fait de leur mieux à chaque fois ( laisser nos bagages, p'ti dej dans la chambre, late check out...)

Douche p'tre avec un mini souci d'évacuation et d'écoulement, ce n'était pas gênant pour autant

La chambre spacieuse et confortable, la propreté.

L'accès à la piscine : obligation de réserver un créneau d'une heure. L'espace "spa" décevant : piscine petite et eau froide. Le restaurant et le bar fermés le dimanche soir (avec de toutes façons des tarifs exagérés pour les plats proposés)

Au prix où l'on paye on s'attend à mieux

La situation géographique. Le parking réservé à l'hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner.

Un peu déçue par la chambre, le spa et la salle de sport. Les finitions ne sont pas là. On s'attend à mieux au prix où l'on paye. Pas de volet dans les chambres et un chauffage beaucoup trop chaud malgré mes demandes pour baisser la température. J'ai dû appeler les deux soir pour le régler. Un peu contraignant de devoir réserver un créneau d'accès au spa et à la salle de sport.

Déçue, je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux.

Le personnel du restaurant était très sympathique et souriant. Super petit déjeuner, malgré le tarif un peu cher pour un petit déjeuner, mais il y a du choix 👍 Repas du midi très agréable, très bien mangé. Le hammam et la piscine très appréciable après une journée de travail . Jolie chambre et salle de bain très agréable. Très bon emplacement, proche de la gare, des commerces et restaurants. Literie confortable

Pas de place dans le parking à notre arrivée, parking payant alors que le prix de la nuit est déjà coûteuse, et il faut encore payer le parking...cela devrait compris dans le tarif ! Jaccuzi très ancien, pas très jolie, mérite d'être refait. Poussière sur la bouilloire dans la chambre, donc pas nettoyer avant l'arrivée.... Personnel de l'accueil pas très sympathique, dès qu'on leur pose une question, on a vraiment l'impression de les embêter, et ils répondent très froidement. Pas très souriante non plus les jeunes dames... Moquette dans la chambre...pas top avec les allergies aux acariens 😔, ça ne se fait plus la Moquette dans les chambres maintenant... Le bruit, mal insonorisés, j'entendais mon voisin de chambre éternuer, et j'ai entendu son réveil sonner à 6h30, comme s'il était dans ma chambre...et le bruit dans la rue, très dérangeant également, très mal insonorisés... Un peu déçu car plus de négatif que de positif, donc le rapport qualité prix n'est pas au rdv...dommage 😁

Un spot pratique pour une nuit de transit

> enregistrement rapide, propreté, calme, petit déjeuner varié > personnel souriant et efficace

> déco : la suite junior louée au 1er étage mériterait un petit coup de frais (stores abîmés, rideaux mal accrochés, interrupteur salle de bain capricieux, arrière meuble TV de la mezzanine démonté...). > couchage : le surmatelas devrait être de la même largeur que le matelas et les alèses en intissé, qui crissent lorsqu'on bouge, sont peu agréables

Séjour très agréable et apaisant.

Très bon accueil, très chaleureux, merci à Célia d’avoir particulièrement préparé la surprise demander. Très bon service SPA. La chambre était impeccable niveau hygiène, nous y avons très bien dormi. Je recommande ce Novotel !

Excellent location, a very short walk to the train station.

I was upgraded to an Exec Room, thank you. But the room was absolutely bare in terms of toiletries - not even a bar of soap. Did not expect this for a 4-star property. Room temperature is not adjustable. Did not use any amenities. There was no staff around when I checked out at 5:30am.

It is very close to the train and bus station, and the room was big and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good.

The room had two floors, but there was only one A/C outlet (downstairs). So it was very hot upstairs (where the bed was). I had been asked to provide a credit card by email or phone before my checkin because I would arrive at night (it had never happened before, as I already provide a credit card through booking.com). I had to call the hotel, when they informed me that it was not necessary.

corporate. good for business travel but not for a relaxing stay.

the swimming pool was great. a little tricky to find at first. nicely located next to the science museum, library and cinema.

too hot in the room even when turning down the temperate. bed not comfortable, instead of one whole bed two beds are put together. not great wine selection and food poor standards. felt short of staff at dinner so it took a long time to order. very corporate, not for me.
