Super friendly hotel offering a fabulous breakfast. The views from the spacious balcony are quite stunning. (Pic). Very welcoming atmosphere and spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money. I would definitely book this accommodation again in Mittenwald.

The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable. The parking is onsite, and the woman who took care of breakfast was very sweet. The highlight was walking out the front door and seeing the Alps towering above.

Beautiful comfortable room with balcony and gorgeous view of the mountains. Delicious breakfast included. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

Superb

This was my 3rd stay at this guesthouse and would come again. This time I travelled alone and thus booked a single room for a week, which was great, good size, modern, very clean, good price, no complaints. It's 5 minutes from the 2 main streets with restaurants and shops, a couple of minutes away from the supermarket and a 10 min walk at most from the train/bus station.

If we return to Mittenwald, we will choose this hotel again.

I have nothing but praise for Hotel Franziska. The rooms with balcony and good amenities were spacious, good storage space, comfortable bathroom with excellent shower (which is not always the case!). Daily cleaning excellent. Above average and very good breakfast. Very nice staff. Very good location for excursions.

It is just a pity that the hotel does not have its own restaurant or at least the possibility to have a draft beer in the evening after the hike. But the brewery is right across the street and there are plenty of excellent restaurants in the area, so it's not such a shame.

Cosy and comfy stay in Mittenwald

The location of the hotel was near train stn with some amenities nearby.

Maybe should highlight that there is no lift in the hotel so that customers are prepared when they make a booking.

add fresh fruit and veggies to the breakfast. Perhaps some more interesting coffee: espresso, cappuccino?
