Dry enjoyable

Good location, we’ve stayed a few times now and find it handy to places we like to go to.

It’s Not flash but we had a great stay with no complaints!

The pool is great for kids! It was rainy and horrid weather during our stay but we were able to still go for a swim so that was lovely. The room was clean, the kitchenette had everything you needed to cook up a small meal and everything worked fine. The staff were friendly and helpful too! The place is clearly an old building but it doesn’t take away from the pleasant experience we had 😃

Comfortable family unit in a good location.

Room was fine and beds were comfortable. No signage for the hotel carpark had us driving around several times before we realised we had actually found the hotel - a sign would improve this. Staff very nice and helpful.

Very noisy, disruptive neighbours until almost midnight. Better soundproofing would improve this. We stayed on a Monday night and the bar was closed, there was no food available and there was no breakfast the next morning either.

Unstayable and unrefundable which is absolutely wrong.

Didn’t see when paying anyWHERE that I would have to have $250 deposit for bond on arrival- having known that I would’ve not proceeded with the payment. Moving forward strategies I could suggest is potentially labelling that somewhere visible- not in a confirmation letter after paying $178.

Excellent value for money hotel, worked well for our overnight stay.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and areas. Rooms a little dated, some with decor updated, others in need of (lumpy low couch and faded torn curtains), but beds and pillows comfortable.

Staff were friendly, property has potential it is just outdated and needs upgrading.

There was a bar which also did coffee's which I found very convenient, and the coffee was fantastic. The bar staff were extremely friendly. There was also a restaurant and an indoor pool. We did not use these facilities, but I think they are great to have.

The rooms were very outdated. The lounge chair was so old it was uncomfortable to sit on. The bedroom was drab with no TV and the bed itself was so old and gross. New mattresses are definitely needed. We dragged our mattress into the lounge room to be able to have access to power points and also watch TV as the couch was a bit gross. I think the TV's are so outdated you could only het a couple of channels also.

in all it was fair

check in and out was effortless and the staff was super friendly, as we were attending the New Years eve celebrations the location was excellent

The rooms were quite a bit dated ,the aircon very loud and the price per night was quite expensive but understandable for that time of year

Old and tired, can be noisy in the afternoon as all rooms overlook the pool and worst thing is the bar shuts at 9 pm in the busiest week of the year!

Staff and few facilities were good, couldn’t sleep well due to hot weather and no aircon in rooms.

Pool, cafe, comfortable beds, bathroom supplies.

No aircon in bedrooms, no microwave, no security screens on windows/ slide doors so was unable to leave open glass doors/windows.

Over priced for what it has to offer.

Location was good, the room was clean

Very dated bathrooms, and room. The king “double bed” was just two single beds pushed together. At the time there was a function on but staff allowed the function to block of corridors to rooms with cones and tape. Okay I guess if they had booked the entire level but there were clearly other patrons using that same area.

The TV and lounge suite were more modern than some of the other hotel rooms were we've previously stayed before

The new spa kept tripping out so no hot water...This time the water was nice and warm but the jets weren't working

Excellent. I would recommend to friends.

Excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful. I didn’t have breakfast but the menu shown in the lift looked delicious.
