Disappointing

Good location and lovely gardens. Great pool. Staff were friendly and polite.

The food was pretty average. There was a good selection for breakfast however, it was quantity over quality. There were never enough staff on at breakfast to ensure food, plates, bowls and cutlery were available. Every breakfast we had to try and find staff members to get these items - we had breakfast at various times so this issue wasn’t just related to ‘busy times/days’. The ‘Wharf restaurant’ also appeared to be understaffed and or staffed with an imbalance of inexperienced staff as they often messed up our order. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it had a kids club (we were holidaying with family) however, it was closed for the most of the time. This was disappointing. The rooms were clean and of a reasonable size but we felt the bathrooms to be a bit small. Upon checkout the hotel had no record of us paying for the room and to avoid being charged again we had to produce the receipt. Luckily we had kept this but I had to dig it out of our packed luggage. The staff apologised for this misunderstanding however, for such a big Hotel/Resort, it beggars belief they would have no record of our payment (paid on arrival). Again, it would appear that the staff were not appropriately trained in using the hotel’s computer system. The staff apologised however, this left a negative impression for us. I am not sure we would stay at the hotel again.

We the most amazing relaxing stay, it was convenient to all eating places and shops.

The room, location, Buffett breakfast, facilities were out of this world.

Nice resort in a good location

Gardens/rooms lovely and well kept. Staff were nice. Close to restaurants, the beach and shops. walkable distance to Waterbom Park.

Constant noise from renovations happening right by our window was disappointing. People "claim" the sunloungers by putting their towels on them but then aren't actually in the pool area for hours leaving no space for people actually wanting to use the facilities. The nice outside seating area at breakfast is for smokers which put us off having breakfast there.

A nice place but I didn’t think it best value for money

Nice surroundings. Comfortable room. Lovely staff. Good location to eateries. Great pool and a variety of entertainment

The toilet didn’t flush properly. The rooms are getting old and need abit of TLC. We could hear people in the room above us. I wouldn’t really class it as ‘ deluxe’ also drinks, food etc is very expensive

Exceptional

The rooms are very big. The bed is so big, three can fit in the bed :). Overall the room is clean. Bathrooms are big and shower is amazing. The breakfast has a big selection of food and food was always tasty and fresh. Hotel is very close to the Airport so after a long trip you will appreciate being at the hotel in a few minutes. The highlight of the hotel are the surrounding grounds and pool area. They are so beautifully set up and well maintained. The restaurant of the beach offers are good selection of food at very good prices and all the food that we have tried was all very good. The staff at the hotel are all so welcoming and nice. I have no problem recommending this hotel.

There is not much that you can complaint about.

Highly recommend.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication via Bookings messaging with the hotel before our stay was very poor, even 2 days before and we were fully paid, but our request of room location was fulfilled. Rooms were nice and dark in the mornings too.

Pool needs a clean, water looks cloudy and tiles are dirty. Also the hot spa and plunge pool very much need cleaning, water looked yellow, but good water temperatures for all pools.

Awesome Resort perfect location

Fantastic resort for families! We stayed here for 7 nights, and it was awesome. The pool was great, the breakfast was amazing, and the location was perfect. This was the second time staying here and 4th time to Bali. I highly recommend staying here, especially with families or groups!

Because there were 6 of us in our group, it was hard to find a table for breakfast if we went after 8:30 am. But it's not a fault of the resort really. Oh the toilet started to stink after a few days use, like a bad water type smell. Not sure why as the bathrooms were cleaned everyday which was great.

Good location on the beach and nice quiet area. Breakfast had plenty of option and included in the stay. Affordable room service. Pool provides a kid friendly side that is perfect for young families

Amazing time and will definitely stay again.

The resort was on the beach with great cafes and restaurants close by as well as on the property. Swim up bar and kids shallow section. Lots of places to sit or lay around the pool area including day beds and bean bags. Breakfast buffet was great value. Staff were so amazing and freindly.

Good Value for Money, Buffet Breaky each day was great. Was heaps of room around the pool and always pool chairs available. Swim up bar was always accessible.

Huge hotel, good location

Arrived early and couldn’t check in but when we did they gave us an upgrade to the Resident suite. Our rooms were huge and the balcony was massive as well. Overlooking the pool and beach area. Aircon worked well. Staff were very friendly. Circle K, mini mart, ATM at the end of the driveway. I highly recommend a massage from Iva at Coconut Dayspa 3 which is across the road from the property. Absolute bliss. Although the hotel is a little tired, I would stay here again.

Temperature of the pool was very warm. Not refreshing at all. They could work a little better on sustainability…I don’t like how water is provided by way of plastic bottles. Waste is a massive issue in Bali.

Thank you to all the staff at this resort. Our stay was beyond perfect.

Our family rooms were a generous size, it was ground floor with an outside space, very close to the pool. The breakfast had so much good, delicious food to choose from. The pool was just like the website photos, beautiful, blue and clean. The pool zone was spacious and had many secluded areas to relax. The restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced. The spa rooms - the therapists were amazing. The beach was by the resort on one side and Kuta shops the other. We could not fault, every area of this resort was amazing. All the staff were exceptional, friendly, accommodating, nothing was too much.

Nothing, we could not fault any of the resort. The location, the cleanliness, the staff, the food, all of it was perfect. We would easily recommend Bali Bintang and happily stay here again.

Nice hotel for families spending here the holiday

Staff, location, pool - all very good, the breakfast had a lot of options, so everyone could find something to eat.

The room on the ground floor was pretty humid (don't know if this applies to all the other rooms) and there were mosquitos (for my daughter a nightmare, since she is allergic to mosquito bites). The beach is full with vendors, that approach you as soon as you leave the hotel - can be at some point very annoying. Could not bathe in the water, because there are pretty big waves, so not advisable for families with small kids.

Sad end to our Bali trip

Fast WiFi. Big pool with plenty of sunbeds.

Only 6 sunbeds on the private beach - no idea why. Our shower was leaking, so the whole bathroom was wet. Very outdated furniture and amenities. Doesn’t feel like 5 stars. Service in the hotel restaurant is dreadfully slow. Room keeping at 8am. Selection of one type of cheese and two types of ham during breafest.
