Gran vista para conocer Ushuaia y sus pinguinos.

La estructura es muy vistosa; la ubicación es buena; hay buena vista; cerca de todas las áreas clave. Habitaciones muy bien dispuestas. Buena vista desde el cuarto.

El acceso a la hostería externa, tiene unas escaleras en madera dañadas y en mal estado. Son un tema de municipalidad, pero creo que los hoteles deben buscar que el acceso sea seguro. El agua salió muy caliente, lo cual era peligroso. La señora que nos recibió el primer día no fue muy amable.

Bom custo benefício

O quarto muito confortável, quentinho e sempre muito limpo com uma vista maravilhosa da baía.

Café da manhã muito simples, poderia ter pães frescos , mas só tinha pão de forma.

Staff very friendly, specially Walter, who gave us Welcome and explanations from the area! Our room view (Ushuaia bay) was gorgeous!

Exceptional

Warm, comfortable location within walking distance of all major attractions. The breakfast were delicious.

The staff didn't speak English. The room was a bit too hot and we needed to open the window to cool down.

Bright and spacious!

Close to town, easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The rooms are bright with many windows. The commons rooms are numerous, cozy and glass everywhere to bring in the light. So many plants and unique decor. Reception was helpful and patient with my limited Spanish.

good location in quaint building, but needs a little attention.

location was relatively convenient, public areas were nice. staff were very nice

tap in bathroom and heat register dripped constantly. cleaning staff kept turning heat in room up to max and took hours to cool the room to normal temperatures.

Exceptional

Very friendly accommodations in a great location in Ushuaia. Our room was comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the water. We really appreciated the fact that someone was waiting for us at reception at 3:30 in the morning, with our late arrival due to a flight delay. (We contacted them to inform them of our delay.) Coffee in the morning was delicious, and breakfast was quite nice. The lobby area was very nice for relaxing.

It was a little warm inside, but we were able to open a window to get some fresh air.

Hostel without smiles

Unfriendly. Instead of a smile they scowled at us. We arrived after a bad flight, cold and snowing. We politely asked for a coffee. NO! We offered to pay for it! NO! Gabriel online was friendly. And a male receptionist went out of his way to explain how to find a letter box. I was grateful for his friendliness. Nobody speaks English. Shower was broken. We had to kneel in the shower basin to wash.

The Hosteria is great. The one thing in my point of view should be improved is breakfast, with more options add. I have diabetes and there was no juice without sugar, for exemple.

Watching the sunrise at the end of the world

Great room overlooking the bay, ditto the lovely sitting room where you can watch the sun rise over a coffee. Light and airy. Staff very lovely and helpful.

Walls a bit thin in the rooms but we only had one room next to ours...and if you don't like the small lift to the reception on the 2nd floor there are a fair few stairs. Breakfast is basic but adequate

Hotel is much nicer than it appears from the outside.

Beautiful room and view. Staff was helpful even though they did not speak english.

I asked for an hour more in the morning and was denied. I was even willing to pay for it. They were willing to store my luggage, but I could have used that extra hour to get some work done.

Delphin is very kind like all the staff. Breakfast including juice, yoghurt and fruits as well as Müsli. Central spot nevertheless quiet.
