I enjoyed the stay.

The location is good and it’s all inclusive

The bathrooms are so old the taps are breaking and rusty . The plastic wine glasses given by the pool are so old and scratched, the entertainment is still lacking

Quality meals provided but cannot say the same of the allocated hotel room.

The allocated hotel room was of good size and the breakfast and dinner offerings were comprehensive with a wide selection of meals. The food was fresh and the staff at the reception and restaurant were professional and friendly.

The bathroom for the room that I was allocated (358) was in a bad state i.e., the shower head and other metals within the bathroom are rusty and had crystalized substances on the metal heads that looked gross.

Staff like Esther in reception, Brenda, Kazungu, and loved Hilda, she was so helpful. All staff in general where very friendly

The location is not bad however it is veey notable that the hotek is not putting back investment into the facilities. The location is tired, none of the channels wheee clear or even viewable. The pool closes at 6pm. Who closes a pool to guests!

The room, safe was old, tiny fridge, bed was very high and uncomfortable, Bathroom was tiny and water drainage was slow.

Expensive for what it was.

On entry, frontage of hotel very impressive. Changed room on request when too noisy.

Rooms OK but corridors and stairways not to same standard as front and very dated. Although asked for a quiet room on booking, placed above pool and music. If you are British will understand comment - reminiscent of 'Benidorm'... not the place.

excellent holiday excellent hotel and location to all

excellent service very clean

animation team needs to up date music and games evening entertainment get all the lights working when show is on and the head chief animation guy need to stop sitting around on his phone and don’t seem to do much work

Generally liked the place . Soothing place and good place to relax from work dress

Very good location for restaurant and well laid and exllent varieties of eats ideal for a good breakfast. Kept time and fruits were plenty. Good food and well prepared . Staff are so friendly and lovely .

Your towels and laundry items were too old filled with holes and stains. WiFi was too poor in the room and no effort done to improve except promise air.

Best food and beach for swimming with nicest outside area of all the surrounding hotels.

The food was great! the location was excellent. Our room was a great location.

Overall the hotel has made some major improvements on the grounds which are much better than 2 years ago. But the hot water seemed to depend on how many rooms nearby were occupied. AT times there was no hot water. But when it was there, it was hot. Covid still affects the entertainment and food service. When it is not busy, we had more attention than when it got busy. But the personal attention we received was excellent overall. Best place in this area to stay!

Rooms were not up to standards! — old and unsteady furniture Foods were okay but were not spectacular Some of the Managment would try to charge you extra after you checked in already! Very unprofessional!

Awesome view, staff were friendly and willing to help, there was variety of food .

The bed was too high, its meant for super tall people. It was a hassle.
