Good accomodation for a reasonable price!

Reasonable business hotel! The rooms are clean and bathroom is big enough. I needed a cheap accomodation for one night in Karuizawa, and it was very good. Breakfast is ok too. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Check-in was fast and efficient! I walked from Karuizawa station, 20-25min depending on your walking pace.

The matress was a bit hard... but no big deal for the reasonable price.

Better to provide some transportation for the customers as the management knows that the getting transportation from the

Rooms are comfortable.

It’s far from the Karuizawa Station snd no proper transportation available including Taxi. we went as family of 10 members 6 Adults and 4 Children. In -4 degrees temperatures snd no street lights we walked 2.3 KM in the night . It was horrible experience with children. 😔

Staff was always available - helped us get an appointment at a clinic, even booked the cab for us.

Good breakfast for the price. My kids liked the curry and the bread selection.

I was on foot, so I know that I had to walk from the station. But the road after the mall is dark at night and I had to take a taxi, quite expensive.

Nice location and facilities. Would stay again.

Nice location with a Lawson around the corner. Clean room and facilities. Used the kitchen to warm and eat home cooked food. Enjoyed the stay. Recommended.

Simple but comfortable

Clean and bright rooms. Breakfast was good value for money. The hotel is located next to a fairly busy street, but the room was quiet and peaceful - no problem. Plenty of parking and an easy walk to the convenience store. The on-site vending machines sell a variety of drinks as well as cup noodles.

I would bring my own pillow next time. The pillows are similar to other Japanese hotels, so probably good for Japanese guests, but not ideal for westerners or individuals that are picky about pillows. The mattress was comfortable though and bedding clean and fresh.

Very good

-The unit bath of this hotel chain is spacious!!! -Look new and clean. -Free parking. -Can control the air conditioner temperature by ourselves (not central control AC) -If stay more than 1 night and not request a room cleaning for the next day, get a free snack or drink per person (New towels will be in a plastic bag hanging on the doorknob)

-We went there a bit early before check-in time, but the staff didn't allow us to check-in. -AC in our room seems like it's not working very well.
