Can Be Improved

I like the view where you can actually see the sunset and pool view . The room I'm staying at is 208 is spacious and everything works well . During my check out , this girl helped me to print out a receipt and we had quite a nice conversation. The aircond , heater and the electric kettle works well .

The bed and pillow is literally hard so if you have a backache, think twice . The staff during my check in ain't friendly at all , doesn't even smile a little , both of them . As a hospitality department , do improve on your service . As for the pool , I would consider it as a public pool where you pay and you can enter but that's fine with me .

Totally disappointed

The room is not value for the price. Th room are not clean and the most important thing is the bed and pillows are not comfortable at all. The bed is noisy when moving while sleeping and the pillows toooo soft. Not up to standard
