Аmazing

Exceptional hotel with perfect location, next to the city hall. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean, beds - very big and comfortable. Some rooms even have two balconies with a nice city view! As a bonus, you got a huge breakfast :-). I do recommend this hotel for your stay at Ioannina/Yannena.

Clean, spacious rooms. Great location with free parking

It is not our first stay. The room was very large, the location is perfect and the free underground parking is a great help. The room is clean, without any major issues

Some small issues. The bathroom door had to be locked to stay closed, and the handle was in poor condition. The air condition had anoying buzzing sound, even while it was turned off. The bed was not great, but not really uncomfortable either. We had mixed feelings about the staff. Some where pleasant and helpful but others were quite grumpy.

Very good location, close to the city centre. Cute room, very clean but a bit small. Overall very good value for money. The female receptionist was very kind and polite.

Very confusing and difficult to find its location. The male receptionist not rude but not polite either.

A strong plus is the location.At the beginning of the old town you can go anywhere there by foot

To many steers witch if you are not very careful you may have an accident as I had in the yard from a tiny step

Simple but nice hotel in the centre of Ioannina

Excellent location at the centre of the city, very close to coffee shops, restaurants and points of interest. The room was clean, the bathroom spacious and fully renovated and the bed comfortable.

There could be more variety in the breakfast; when arriving by car it is quite tricky to find the hotel, given that it is surrounded by pedestrian streets - some signs providing directions would be useful.
