Hôtel agréable et bien situé.

Hôtel dans un secteur calme, à moins de 2 km du centre commercial Beaulieu. Arrêt de bus à proximité (moins de 100 m), possibilité d'aller en centre ville rapidement. Personnel disponible et agréable, chambre climatisée avant notre arrivée ce qui a été très appréciable. Chambre propre.

Parking privé et sécurisé en supplément de la chambre, ce qui peut vite faire augmenter le budget selon le nombre de nuitées vu le prix de la nuit de stationnement.

Très bien sauf la clim.

L'emplacement était top, aux pieds d'un arrêt de bus. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture.

La climatisation, impossible de l'arrêter directement dans la chambre, et le personnel n'avait pas la même explication pour l'arrêter, c'est dommage j'ai eu froid chaque nuit. Il faut juste savoir qu'il faut le signaler à l'accueil et c'est eux qui l'arrête. Dommage que la personne que j'ai eu la 1 ère fois à mon arrivée ne me l'as pas dit et m'a informé autre chose. Dommage.

Très déçu de la facture au moment du départ

Chambre propre comme d'habitude....

Merci suis fait facturer 10 € de parking pourtant ça fait 8 mois que j'y viens régulièrement une semaine sur deux ,... c'est bien la première fois que ça m'arrive.... j'ai bien regarder ce matin en quittant l'hôtel le stationnement est casiment impossible à proximité, honnêtement certainement la dernière fois que j'y mets les pieds....😠😠😠😠

Pour la chambre , propre et calme. pour le PDJ rien à redire parfait, choix varié pour tous les gouts.

L'accueil et le comportement de certain(e)s réceptionnistes pas forcément très aimable. Ce qui est dommage quand on est au contact de la clientèle...Pour le stationnement, pas toujours de la place et devenue payant depuis quelque temps. J'avais réservé en décembre au moment ou le parking était gratuit et inclus dans mon prix de réservation pour une nuit courant janvier. Lors du règlement sur place, j'ai eu la désagréable surprise d'être facturé pour le parking et déçue du comportement des réceptionniste qui laissent entendre que le client doit s'en rendre compte ... Mail envoyé à la direction de l'établissement et remboursement effectué concernant le parking. Sinon aucun soucis depuis 3 ans ou je suis cliente régulière pour mon travail.

ずっとドミトリーで生活してるのもあるが、全て清潔に保たれている。タオルやシーツも清潔でとても過ごしやすかった。

夜に空港に到着したこともあって、ホテルまでの行き方に苦労した。市内からも少し離れているのでロケーションはちょっと悪い方かもしれません。ちなみにホテルの前にトラムが走っているので、日中であれば問題ないと思います。

Un séjour à Nantes dans le confort.

J'ai apprécié le parking en sous-sol, l'espace de la chambre et la qualité de la literie.

L'ouverture de la douche à l'italienne étant trop grande, on inonde la salle de bain en prenant sa douche.

Very friendly staff. I had to leave early in the morning (before 6AM) and they prepared me a take away bag with breakfast.

The restaurant was not so nice. I waited 45 min for my main dish and, at the end, heard it wasn't launched yet (I finally cancelled it).

Value for money, could have been perfect

Perfect location, huge super market at 30meters. Nice room, isolated from the outside noise. Cozy bed and pillow.

There was lots of hair in the shower cabinet, so it was uncleaned. No towels for face (why?). No hot water at 10 in the morning.

Brilliant hotel.

Great hotel in a great city!! It is outside the city but no problem....there is a bus stop virtually outside the hotel and there is a bus every 4 minutes...about 10 minutes to reach centre. Also, great restaurant.

DO NOT STAY

I have to be honest for the first time there is nothing to like about this hotel

the list is long: a very abrupt and uncaring check in. we are vegetarians and the offer of vegetarian food was quiet simply awful (some very dry bean lasagna) the portion size was so small we had to complain we were then given a tortilla with some tomatoes sauce and a sprinkle of cheese to bulk the meal out. although the restaurant manager was embarrassed there was not the slightest effort to help. our bedroom was ok I mean just ok the bathroom has mould in the shower in this day and age not acceptable and I have to say the general state of the public areas was poor especially the front door which is where they chose to let people smoke!!!! breakfast was another disappointing experience the cutlery was dirty the pastries were definitely from the day before and the coffee simply awful. my check out where I explained my dissatisfaction was again met with no genuine concern. just a bill for over 229 euros for one night!! AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS CHAIN AGAIN.

The property was easily located near a bus stop that allows you to hop on the number 4 into town and it’s an 8minute journey. the property was lovely and easily accessible

Location ,car parking. Clean ,comfy, great room service.

Good would stay there again.

Good location - friendly staff and secure car park which was helpful because we were travelling on motorbikes. Internally good with a nice bar and TV - restaurant was fair with a good choice of food and not too expensive.

Food was served only comment could have been warmer. When we arrived the room we were allocated had not been made up. We mentioned this to reception and were given a clean room immediately.
