It was alright.
The location was great! There were a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was also very clean and I regularly got fresh towels if needed. There was a good way to close blinds for when i was away/at night. The bathroom was clean as well and the shower was pretty good. Overall, my stay was alright however I'd recommend it for shorter stays as opposed to longer ones.
My main issue was that the toilet paper was not renewed and checking in and checkout had some complications. There seemed to be a slight issue with the heating which perhaps as it is currently summer matters less but sometimes the room was a little cold.

You can hate or/and love Naples - this place makes it easier to love Naples.
Piazza Cavour is a good location, near to the Centro Storico. The hosts were really kind and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and there was AC in it.
Naples itself is always dirty, loud, uncomfortable at first glance. Its the biggest drawback of the city and still this chaos makes it so attractive.

A total joke of a hotel. They hate their customers. Spend a little more and go to a proper hotel.
The only good thing about this hotel was its location. The rest of my stay here was a total nightmare! They seem to really hate their customers and don't seem to like being in the hospitality business. Also the wifi does not work and is a jerry rigged joke. See the pictures below of the super long Ethernet cable they have stringed from a router on the first floor all the way up to the third flow. INCREDIBLY RUDE and virtual NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't deserve your money or your business. See below for more information!
These people shouldn't be in the hotel business. They actively hate their customers. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more and stay at a proper hotel. When I complained about the WIFI not working, I got no response for two days. If you have a problem, and its Sunday, forget it, you're just out of luck. They will not respond to emails or calls on Sunday. There is no concierge or front desk like at a normal hotel. After 2 days of no response and needing WIFI i reached out to Booking and told them that if i dont get WIFI up and running, which i need for my job, I will have to cancel my reservation and go somewhere where I can get wifi. An hour later this angry man, who I later found out was the owner, knocks on my door and yells at me and berates me for getting Booking involved. I then told him that i need WIFI and got no response from the hotel. He then tells me that he will not refund me one cent, and that its not his responsibility to ensure I have WIFI. When I told him that i booked this hotel specifically because it says there is WIFI and i need it for working, he tells me, "The hotel is not a place for working, its a place for sleeping and thats it, and if I need to work somewhere, I should rent an office space" Then he pointed out how from outside the door the internet on his phone worked fine and that I could not prove that the internet didn't work (Yes he actually said that!). I then invited him to come inside and that I could show him which he then refused. He then started walking away and said I could leave whenever I wanted to but was getting no refund. I then told him, that im going to call my bank right now to cancel the charge for services not rendered. At first he laughed when he left, but then he must figured that being an American with an American bank, this might be possible. 20 minutes later he comes back to my hotel, and says i have one hour to pack my stuff and get out that he would refund my money for the unstayed nights.

Nice little room in a great location.
Great location, dedicated parking for a small extra fee. Perfect for a couple traveling.
The code to access the key was not sent, I had to call and ask for it when I arrived. Wi-Fi was very weak, if someone needed it for work it would not have been possible.
