Sve u svemu dobar a još se mora proraditi na čistoći i vise osoblja prilikom jela,počistiti stolove

Pločice u kupatilu su prljave A čistačicu sam vidjela ds briše istom krpom po vc pa onda po umivaoniku Mislim da se to uopće ne smije raditi po zakonu..

Ár-érték arányban jó választás, de 3 csillagos elvárásokkal.

A medence+csúzda gyerekeknek nagy élmény. Étkezés kicsit egysíkú, de mindig lehetett találni megfelelő ételt. A szoba (új szárny) klimatizált, ami hasznos nyáron.

Furcsa szaga volt a szobának, de sok szellőztetéssel elfogadható lett. Nagy szálloda sok vendéggel, ezért zsúfolt és hangos.

Odmorili smo se i dobro najeli

Polupansion - hrana ja obilna i odlična, a piće je uključeno u cijenu Parking je dovoljno velik za sve. Soba je bila velika i svijetla. Bazeni su veliki i čisti. Svi naši prigovori su rješavani brzo i kvalitetno

Objekt je otvoren na dan našeg dolaska, pa se osoblje nije snalazilo. Soba koja nam je namijenjena se nije dala otključati. Dobili smo drugu, veću sobu ali s pogledom na parking. U sobi je otpadala kvaka na balkonskim vratima. Tv signal je bio loš. Prema uputama ručnici se mijenjaju svaka 2 dana, ali nas su zaobišli. Vidljiv je nedostatak radne snage. Ukrainski radnici su simpatični, ali ne govore jezik i nisu uhodani.

Disappointing/waste of money

The staff were ignorant, I paid for all inclusive and it was extremely limited I couldn’t even have a cup of coffee/cappuccino on the all inclusive and each meal was a buffet (out of 7 days, there were chips on 2 days, hardly anything for kids, my sons allergic to egg and most of the meals had egg mixed in it, they even mixed egg into mash!) and it said “snacks included between meals” that’s a lie - snacks was for an hour only between 3pm and 4pm. Absolute waste of money and the hotel said Booking.com should have advertised it correctly - false advertisement on both parts. The hotel was dirty, they don’t give you clean towels or fresh bedding every day, just every other day/2 days, I’ve never stayed at a hotel so limited and disappointing.

Great 3 star accommodation

Lovely large room, great pool, variety of food choices, breakfast and dinner. Great entertainment guy who worked very hard for the kids, always had a smile 😃 for everyone. Staff friendly and helpful. Short 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes to town centre.

Avoid rooms above the entertainment area a bit noisy.

Worst stay in history. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Nothing. Not even kidding. Should have been more than half the price for the stay to justify it... feels like being robbed.

There isnt as a thing we Iiked... Worst stay we very had in more than 100+ hotel stays. Everything was wrong and really bad for its price. Lobby...disaster, not a single place to sit, smokers right outside (not so good when going with kids), poor lighting, staff annoyed and unfriendly, elevator was so small and without air... also was stopping on every floor and people couldn't go in. Wrong rooms on arrival. Towels are only washed every 2 days (you need to pay almost 2€/towel/day extra to get it cleaned). Rooms are not being vacuumed at all, There is no trash can in the room, ran out of toilet paper. AC was acting strange (went to sleep with 25C on manual... when we woke it was 21)... food... super basic and a lot of basic stuff missing. only powder coffee with sugar by default,

For that price, you can't get anything better in Biograd.

Room, bathroom and hotel in general were really clean, including the garden and pool area. All inclusive bar had really good offer of gin and other (non) alcoholic drinks.

Limited offer of food. But what they offered was tasty.

The hotel is clean and the location is good

The guest is definitely not in the first place, hotel only look at how to save on everything. Even being on all inclusive option people have to pay extra for everything there! The staff is barely interested in work, the food is average. Always huge lines during dinner and lunch. Too expensive parking

it is ok..we just slept there.. but even having a shower is an issue coz we need to ration the 2 sachets. of 2 in 1 sha

toilet stinks.. it has some smell.. my son who us 8 years old even said he is not happy with the hotel

stinky toilet…, 2 sachet of 2 in one shampoo.. they could have improved it if they want to waste products by just using refillable containers.. if 3 people will stay in the hotel.. 2 sachets is not enough..

The waiting line for meals started to build up way before the restaurant open and the choice of food is so small, we have to wait min 10’ to get the food. also, they have foreign cleaning ladies and they don’t understand english nor croatian, so we have trouble to make a request about tidying up. even though the hotel has two pools, the sunbeds were all taken by 9.30am and it was impossible to get new ones.

Fair for families, kids will love the pool, the rest is rather basic.

it’s a fair place to stay, with pro and cons. Room is comfortable, the pools are big, ideal with kids, pretty green around. big parking but 50m away of the hotel entrance (cheap but not free). Opportunities to jogg around. Yoga training and massages are proposed. Bar next to the pool with good coffee and service.

Breakfast and lunch is a mass cantine, with people queuing and unhealthy food, noisy restaurant. Coffee at the breakfast is barely drinkable, the worst we got in Croatia so far. Rooms not ready on time. 20 min walk from the center with its few restaurants. Car was for us the best option. A bit expensive for the value.
