Tolles Hotel, aber m.E.n. etwas überbewertet.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden.

Wenig Personal, kaum Möglichkeit, Fragen zu klären.

Für eine Nacht war es schon ok. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre es so nicht akzeptabel gewesen. Leider!

Die Lage ist gut. Der Attersee ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Von der Terrasse des Restaurants gibt es einen sehr schönen Blick auf den See.

Die Buchung hatte nicht richtig geklappt. Das Personal hatte einen sehr guten Umgang damit und war sehr bemüht. Die Chefin wirkte überfordert und war wenig empathisch.

Skvělý přístup všech zaměstnanců, čistota a klid, to všechno nás určitě přivede zpět.

Výhled, čistota, klidná lokalita, parkování u hotelu, sladká i slaná snídaně, pečivo vždy čerstvé

Na balkoně by mohl být k židličkám ještě stoleček, ale to na skvělém hodnocení nic nemění.

Lindo y agradable hotel. El servicio debería mejorar.

El cuarto agradable y cómodo, al igual que la cama, la almohada y el baño es de buen tamaño. La terraza es muy agradable también. El desayuno por el cual pagué aparte también muy bueno. Buena limpieza. Vale la pena pagar el desayuno porque no hay muchos lugares cercanos.

La propietaria no es muy agradable. Le solicitamos ayuda en algunas cosas y fue muy poco accesible. El resto del personal bien, pero no son muy serviciales. La verdad podrían mejorar su servicio al público.

Als Vielreisender selten ein solch unfreundliches Personal (bezieht sich nur auf die Senior Chefin) erlebt wie hier! Abs

Rückblickend nicht viel! Einfach nur frech!

-Unfreundliches Personal - Rezeption war zu den genannten Zeiten nicht besetzt - Restaurant war geschlossen (sollte man bei der Buchung schon angeben) - Schlüssel hing beim Check In (für Jedermann ersichtlich) Aussen am Speißekarten Kasten!!

Sehr entspannter und abwechslungsreicher Kurzurlaub. Kann ich jedem empfehlen.

Die Lage und der Ausblick sind unglaublich. Wir waren mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern vor Ort, es ist zu jederzeit von den Mitarbeitern auf unsere Kinder eingegangen worden. Das Gäste-Wlan war sehr gut und hat auch beim arbeiten mit dem Laptop nie Probleme gemacht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und auch die Bettwäsche war hochwertig. Was aber besonders hervor zu heben ist , das die Mitarbeiter eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre über den gesamten Aufenthalt geschaffen haben.

Die Duscharmatur war sehr desolat.

Great view of lake.

Great views of the Lake from restaurant and room. Food was really nice and tasty. Close to Lake, mountains and connections.

Seemed like the staff and receptionist was too buzy all the time and doing many things at the same time.

Exceptional

Wow, this was perfect: a full view of the lake from the room balcony and also from the restaurant terrace. Short walk to the promenade and swimming. Spacious parking right by hotel. The food was... Amazing! - highly recommending the Salzburger Nockerl dessert - all high quality, well-presented and super tasty food.

The whirlpool was very useful as it was raining most of the time, the bed was large (a bit stiff), room was big, clean and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. It was dog friendly place so I can forget all about the minuses :)

It took ages for the hot water to come out of the shower/whirlpool, the cleaning service never added soap or shampoo even it has finished the first day. We could not find any open restaurant on Friday, even tho we got list of "open" restaurants, but most of them were closed (only 1 was open actually and it was small pizzeria).

There were only snacks and minibar to be paid for, it would be nice to have a kettle in the room and some welcoming tea bags, etc.

nice location, friendly staff, a bit overpriced for what it offered;

the location is beautiful, breakfast was also nice, a lot of options

the property is an old one, the showers could be changed, the tv remote did not work properly, it’s a pity that the attention to details is not quite big; also, we paid the same amount of money for a double room, as for an executive one, the difference was big.

Don’t stop in a lake town out of season

As it showed originally, the view of the lake was great

The outside temperature had dropped significantly but no heating inside!! On our booking we have never and not been told there was bar or restaurant!!

The room was full of spiders, the mattresses too soft and flimsy. The morning receptionist was not accomodating at all.

Very good

Spacious clean room, nice furniture, soft pillows, fantastic location and views of the lake. There is a beautiful lake swimming place almost in front of the hotel, a bit down the road, next to Villa Paulick. And when you swim in crystal clear turquoise lake, you can enjoy the view of famous Villa Paulick from the water :) Charming :)

Check-in only till 21:00, so keep this in mind when you plan your travels. Late check-out not really negotiable. Both points are somehow below normal expectations from a 4-star hotel. There was a real spider farm active on my balcony every night. The spookiest experience of all of my hotel stays :) Don't know whether it's regional or has something to do with the building or the season but a dozen of rather big spiders hanging on your terrace somehow prevents you from enjoying the view :) Thus, if you are not a spider watcher, no sense to pay extra for the room with a balcony as you'll not really enjoy it :) I chose this hotel inter alia because of its famous restaurant only to learn upon my arrival that it's going to be closed for the coming weekend. A bit of disappointment, frankly speaking, especially since there are very few places in town to dine out and they stop serving food ridiculously early.

Clean room. Good breakfast selection.

Pillows were horrible, very bad quality. Room was located next to the balcony for smoking guests so all their smoke was immediately in. Room faced to the main road (no view on the lake) so you heard all the noise from the traffic. Definitely not calm location. Air condition was missing so the room was very hot and we had to have open window. We wanted to have a dinner but it was fully booked by reservations so we got a list with places where to go nearby ( apparently this is very common as they gave this list to many other people as well). This room was definitely not value the price they aksed for.
