Quitando los puntos que no nos gustaron en general fue buena experiencia según relación costo benef

El desayuno muy rico , teniendo en cuenta que el hotel está ubicado en el centro es un lugar muy tranquilo sin ruido exterior para descansar , cabe resaltar la amabilidad de las personas que nos atendieron

Deberían realizar convenio con parqueadero, revisar el estado de las camas pues una de las camas su base era inestable y tenia un olor un poco raro , la otra habitación si estaba muy bien

Nada resulta agradable estar en ese hotel

Al momento de haber dialogado con un funcionario no explica sobre el traslado a otra habitación y cuando llegó me ponen a escoger entre buscar un hotel diferente o quedarme ahí... A quién se le ocurre poner un televisor atrás y obligue correr la cama contra el closet para ver una programación con TDT siendo adecuada al momento de mi llegada. Para el desayuno me imponen en recibirlo dentro de la alcoba sino consumirlo en plena sala de recepción... qué pésimo servicio

There was no hot water, the bed was really hard, uncomfortable and full of hairs The room was not well lit, without windows and noisy from the street And for the whole morning there was no electricity

Old hotel in convenient location

The location is very convenient and the room was clean.

The hotel is very basic and old. It needs maintenance. The rooms were smelly and the ceiling was full of stains from leakages in the past. The shower had no shower head so the water came straight out of the pipe so the bathroom was a pool after taking a shower. The beds were extremely hard and one of them was broken in the middle and therefore very unstable. There were several wifi signals but none of them worked. As we are in 2023 now, this seems to be easy to solve. The hotel is located in a busy street which is convenient but also very loud. The windows seem to not close well and are single glazed. We booked a taxi for the next morning to get to the airport and reconfirmed it in the evening but the taxi didn’t show up. The girl at the reception told us it was cancelled, with no idea how to help us any further. Luckily the taxi showed up, just 10 minutes late and we got to the airport on time. All together no recommendation.

Hotel was good for the price, be aware hotel is in pedestrianised st, taxis will not stop outside.

room was a reasonable size but the furishings were very basic.

not much of a choice for breakfast, but it was good quality. Shower was very temperature variable, kept going from scalding to freezing!

Fantastic place.

The staff were really nice and friendly. The location was absolutely perfect. We stayed two days there and had a wonderful time. The breakfast is very simple, but lovely. We had elevator but the staff wanted to help us to carry out bags to our room anyway.
