Good apartment experience. Let us dig into the old town life of Barcelona. Love the view!

The big terrance is so great. Good view and good weather in Barcelona. This could attract you to have dinner everyday at the apartment. The kitchen is good, we could find everything we need for cooking. The host replied the messages quickly. And the Wi-Fi was not bad. Also, during our stay, there was no noise from the neighbors. I could tell the host try best to provide a parking place for the guests in such a narrow place.

The elevator broke when we arrived. My husband broke the right ankle. So it was extremely hard for him to go to the sixth floor. The good thing is that after I contacted the host, they tried to let workers fix it as fast as they could. Since the parking space was very tight, it is better to let the guests to put on their number or room number in the car if they park the car close to the slope. We almost could not get out when checked out, because there was a car blocking the way and we could not find the owner.

Great location, but not corresponding to the price point.

Looked better on the pictures then In reality. Not very comfortable sleeping beds. AC extremely high despite temperate put on 21 C. Missing blankets for all members causing sleepless night due to being cold. Not even complimentary coffee/tea considering the high price point. Complicated check process.

Big apartment with the balcony and "kinda" view from it, elevator, good kitchen with all utensils for cooking. On the street near appointments you can find bus stop. Good park in 5 minutes of walk and there are few places with great view on Barcelona nearby. Park Güell-Gaudi is placed in 15 minutes of walk (but entrance is not a free for tourists and should be scheduled within 0.5 hour intervals). A lot of little markets nearby.

It is a studio, not 2 separate rooms (it's not so cool if you are traveling with the child). Not enough of light in the whole appointment. Bad soundproof - first 2 nights you will constantly wake up through the night because of different neighbors - the entire entrance is taken (by AB) for rented apartments so a lot of check-in and out happening around. Plus not all guests are silent. Nearest metro station in 15 minutes of walk either up or down a steep hill. We've found a sink with dishwashing liquid but doesn't found a sponge :) There was a washing machine but without washing powder․ Trash bin without garbage bags․ Nobody cleaned nothing for our 5 days stay. And separate big pain is a checking in. Because for "key-less" access you need to install separate application on your phone which will require your geo-location and Bluetooth enabled plus "max screen brightness" (unclear why). I've decided that it is too big breach for my privacy and asked for physical keys. And it turned out that I have to take the keys at the office in the city center (note that the apartments are located on the outskirts of the city), and this is ~40 minutes of commute. With a luggage it is 1 hour. Additionally, they allow to take keys only after 15:00 while you should leave apartments at 11:00. So they are cutting ~5 hours from your first day for sure.

Apartament looks the same as on the photos. The only disadvance was, that it is located on the hill, so going on foot to this place, can be painfull. All the rest - met my requirements.

The apartment is great. There was enough room for all my family.

There was an alert from neighbors about loud noise supposedly coming from our apartment while there was a group of young people drinking outside the building.

The balcony and the apartment space was nice for two people. The beds were comfortable and it was nice that there was extra bedding. The couch was comfortable and could sleep another person.

The shower hose is broken in several places and sprays water everywhere. Also the pressure from the hot water is low. When you try mix the hot and cold water the water is either too cold or too hot.

Terrible experience. The floor wasn't clean upon our arrival. Impossible to sleep well due the parties of neighbors in same building. The price was extremely expensive with a very poor customer experience.

Toilet was a complete mess when we arrived. We needed to clean it.

Cozy appartment with good access to Park Güell & to the metro/city center

Easy access via app on our smartphones. Large roof-top balcony and well-equipped cozy appartment. Proximity to the city center (possible to walk, but also via metro/bus) and Park Güell. Quick help in case of need by the service team.

On arrival, some furniture pieces were already torn. Careful: The parking lots in front of the appartment have to be paid and not be used permanently - it might be a good choice to take the offer with a parking ticket (20 EUR/day) instead.

Close to park and nicely laid out studio style apartment

The apartment was nicely laid out with all the items for a good stay and the little bits and pieces like sugar, salt and a dishwasher tablet made a nice impression when we arrived. Location a bit out of the main area but great for Park Quell, a few minutes walk away. The little local shops were good especially the fruit and veg shop less than a minute away.

Getting to apartment from El Carmel underground is rather steep in places could be difficult for less able person with "wheelie" suitcase. Bathroom was fine apart from shower (Nice but water temperature very little adjustment between hot and cold also shower head without careful positioning could get rest of bathroom very wet!!).

Parking was Terrible. Cars do not fit in their Bays and maneuvering is impossible. Ended up having to park far away on the streets which was a great inconvenience. We lost some of our hire car deposit because of a mark which was left on the car upon exit. We are Brits and we are used to more luxury parking standards. Really bad parking experience Also Shower tray was leaking water from corners
