The connection with the original Marble Arch is unclear

I booked this last-minute just before midnight, but everything worked out and I was accommodated without problems. The personnel was very nice, they let me pay in the morning and borrowed me a charger since I lost mine. The breakfast was nice.

The place around the hotel seemed a bit dodgy. The bank terminal they had didn't accept NFC payments and I didn't have physical cards so I had to go get some cash in an ATM in the morning - that said, the hotel provided me a supervisor to accompany me to the bank.

Bring back the glory of the former days

The bed was comfortably ok. The rooms are dated, but are clean. Nice warm water after a long flight.

The price is a little on the higher side for comparable hotels. The problem is that once businesses taste the money, they keep the prices high even though they know that the property standards have gone down. Marble Arch is not what it used to be. A revamp is clearly needed.

Friendly workers, very helpful people

The hotel bedding smells like reused one, the toilet was defect, bathroom window was defect too. Toilet brush very dirty , the toilet was used and dirty too.

Laut und ohne besonderen Komfort - Nicht auf der Höhe der Zeit!

Fotos haben nicht das gehalten, was zu sehen war. Ausstattung der Zimmer war bescheiden (kein Kühlschrank, diverse Schalter für Licht und im Bad haben nicht funktioniert). Fester waren nicht genügend schallisoliert -> Durch direkt gelegene Busstation war an Schlaf nur sporadisch zu denken!

The hotel was worth the money I paid .

There was completely no mosquitoes. I also liked the coffee making facilities in the room

There is need to improve on hot water for shower . The water should be warm especially in the evening

Hotel personnel was really nice, welcoming and helpful. Moreover, besides standard room service, we got our shoes cleaned, which was extreamely suprising and pleasant, and most of all helpful, since the streets are full of dust. From where the hotel is situated, you may reach any parts of the city within minimum of time - even the National Park! Finally, we were served free breakfast as a goodbye, which was really nice.

There was a lot of dust from the street even at the hotel balcony and we would not reccommend to sit on the balcony for a long time. It is right next to a very busy street, so there is a lot of noise during the day, especially in the afternoon and during evenings. You have to count with occasionally cold water in the shower and a bad internet connection.

Pull up your socks

The front desk and security guys were amazing.

There was no wifi i wasnt advice at check-in, on follow up i was informed it was missing for somedays. No tv services despite having one in the room The backside window of my room wasnt secure enough, the shutter on it wasnt functional. Noisy on sundays due to church services held there.
